I visited this Wendy's on Sunset @ Mark's St, and for the first time of all the times I have been coming here, the food was not good at all. They would not give me a refund. I am almost embarrassed to say that Wendy's is one of my favorite Fast Food Restaurants to eat at. Almost embarrassed. Anyway heed my warning check the food before consuming the food.

When you walk into a restaurant and there is no one in the front nor a smell of food that alone is a red flag. Add to that the no call no show manager. When you present yourself for the scheduled interview and the manager doesn't show up. No call, no reschedule no logical explanation as to why we're sitting here for 2 hrs and nothing, not a courtesy drink, not a reschedule option, not an explanation, nothing.

No one up front, they forgot my entire order, and I walked in and ordered. After 25 minutes, we got our cold food and left. In and Out is next door...do yourself a favor and go there. BTW, there was 1 other guest inside, and this happened 10am. Monday morning. It wasn't like they were busy, just lazy.

I had a disappointing experience at Wendy's drive-thru. The staff member taking care of my order didn’t speak unless I initiated the conversation, no hello or hi just handed me my 2 orange juice bottles, and there was no “thank you” or “come back again” when they handed me my food. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any effort to make the interaction pleasant. A little friendliness and basic courtesy go a long way—this location could really improve on customer service.

Fries old and Luke warm, burger eas just thrown together. Got 3 triple cheese burger meals to go, only got doubles, and got a regular soda instead of zero sugar. Tried to call, but nobody answered the phone. I do not live close to this location, so going back was not convenient at 8 pm at night. Tried to call again the next day, but still nobody answered. I spent alot of money and did not get what I paid for.

Dear Wendy's... If you think you are going to charge me $18 for a burger and fries I expect Somone to take my order. I litterly waited in line for a lady to come help the guy in front of me which he had been wanting a while with no acknowledgement. Then after she takes his order she walks away. Didn't acknowledge me didn't say be right with you nothing. So I waited and then left. Guess they didn't want my money they only want the money from the drive thru
