I waited in line for 5 minutes while my party ordered their food, no one else was there. The person took their order and told me I would have to wait to place my order then after 8 minutes finally comes back to give the rest of my party their food, still didn't take my order even after I asked. Worst service and "fast" food is apparently at their decision.

They upsold me a cookie saying they were in a competition. I was charged an extra dollar. By the time I got to my bag there was no cookie. I came back wanting a 99 cent refund and they told all they could provide was the cookie. Stock holders have a right to know Wendy’s is defrauding their customers with scam upsells when they don’t even deliver the cookie. After having wasted my gas I lost my appetite for the cookie. This is absolute stealing. I come here 5 or so times a week as I live very close. I will not be coming back here as this store is store is a scam.

Always issues at this Wendy's. Now the manager gave us a hard time at the drive through and wouldn't allow us to have 2 separate orders. She said only 1 per car.

The past 3 times I’ve come To this Wendy’s it hasn’t been great. I get mistakes happen. But I usually order ahead on the way home from work and every time I go in, to avoid waiting in the dive thru line, I’m ignored by like everyone and there are usually people just standing around that walk off to the back. This time my order was wrong. I should’ve checked before I left but I was already annoyed that I was ignored. Instead of 6 classic nugs, I got 4 spicy, my fries were also the wrong size. The person who appeared to be the manager was the one who handed me the bag so I also didn’t think I’d need to check. Super annoying. It’s not even worth going here. My last experience was equally as annoying.

Is there a question so I ordered the drive-through window the person sounded very bored and maybe it was just their personality but when I got to the window the cashier says I'm sorry that was my sister and I told her it was a double stack medium fry and a large blueberry lemonade right away she gave me my food back I mean it wasn't even a minute I'm like oh no way I checked the food the food was cold the fries were cold I asked them to please remake the order although I did not say please so they asked me to pull over so they can make my order fresh and I said okay fine who wants cold food especially if they weren't sure what my order was so when I finally get home it looks like they threw the fries back into the fryer to heat up and they put my sandwich to warm up somewhere it was not a remade fresh so this is why I give a one star and if I'm able I will call this store manager just because it's late night doesn't mean you can be sloppy

They gave me old cold French fries I Didn’t even leave the parking lot I immediately return the food they wouldn’t give me my money back saying that’s their policy. They would make me something else. Extremely slow drive thru, took 35 minutes to get through it. Staff was very rude as well
The people here are subhuman. I found a metal screw in my burger, when I called to have a district manager talk to me, nobody reached out when I told them the situation. Just a fake promise of "oh, We will reach out". It was difficult to file a complaint online with Wendy's as well, I don't know what kind of person tampers with food like this, absolutely disgusting.
