I just want to give a great review to Wendy’s on Stephanie in Henderson in particular Josie. She was very kind Manager excellent service clean in and outside the premises. I think they deserve recognition. This is an edited version of my experience at wendy’s again I had a beautiful experience DJ I guess he could be a manager or something but the employees here are very kind. It feels like old school treatment because the courtesy at fast food restaurants has gone downhill. but this one seems to be keeping up with their employees and their good customer service

I normally give 5 stars even if the service is bad. Not bad service today though. We left. It was about 10:05 and my hubby was on the way to the hospital and asked for chili as his last meal, so we drove through the drive through.
Why would any fast food restaurant who specialize primarily in burgers and such only have breakfast in the morning?
How long would it have taken to heat up some chili?
I'm a24 hour valley, it's not a waste to have your items available before 10:30.

They forgot half my order, acted like the ice cream machine was broken, and then hardly offered to fix the issue. Go to another location

Usually I can give grace to restaurant employees because I understand stress and customer service. But when your management does not care about concerns that's flat out bad customer service. While eating we noticed a bug in our drink obviously with anyone seeing that there appetite would be gone and meal ruined we told the manager and showed him the drink he proceeded to speak to us like we was lying and say there no ice in the machine when clearly there ice. The concern I have is my two year old drink and your manager did not care. I definitely will report this to the health department.

When I got my food it was burnt and black and the chicken tenders was advertised as brown and crispy the man DJ tried to lie and say that there was no ice in the machine, but we got ice from there. There was a flyer in our drink so either their machines are dirty or their ice machine is dirty. He was highly disrespectful mean, rude, and when I told him that the baby drink out of the cup that had a fly in it he didn’t care they need help and bad if I could give negative stars I would this is unacceptable I wouldn’t go here even if it was the last place on earth I would rather starve after that we didn’t even eat the rest of our food my stomach hurts and my throat feels funny we’re on the way to the er now I wouldn’t go here even if my life depended on it poor customer service

They try to upsell you on a cookie but always forget to give it to you.. you're always going to pay attention because they don't... Just want the commission for their upsell for the cookie...

Been coming here for 3 years because I live right down the way. Never had an issue with any of the staff over the years but that little girl that took my order today at 4:25pm on 10/4/25, is so rude. She needs to be replaced or put on the cook line so she don’t talk to customers.

Horrible, its the only Wendy's that refuses to sell burgers 🍔 before 10:30am its ridiculous. Every other Wendy's serve the burgers on the menu all the time.

I want to give it less, but they’re not spit in my food level yet. But I have a major complaint about the drive through. It has now happened on multiple occasions now where they forgot to include my full meal! Always missing one of the burgers, you shouldn’t have to but make sure you check your food before you drive off. When I went in this time to get my missing item all the manager did was say sorry and walked away. Like give me my stuff I paid for, and don’t have a drive through if you can’t work it.

This location needs lots of help! New management and employees that want to work. Minus the one young man who was working the drive-through (who served our food) and counter alone (when returning our food for a refund a few minutes later). All other employees were standing around, and the manager was not polite. The fries were overcooked, luke warm, soggy, and the order was wrong. Wasn't busy at all. About 5pm 8/30/25
Manager totally disrespectful and plain normal conversation.
Everything is never stocked and the dinning area is always such a mess and dirty. The soda machines are usually out of most drinks the food was okay and the wait time was terrible.
