I have gone to this location multiple times, each time I order the sausage gravy & biscuit and it's either not enough gravy or too soupy of gravy and barely any sausage either...
And they never give you a receipt unless you ask.

It end up taking 20 minutes for chicken nuggets. When I asked for a refund before I got the food. They said they couldn't refund anything $50

This is the worst wendys I've ever been to...they're always so.slow ....pulled in drive thru took 3 minutes to take my order 6 minutes to take my payment and 14 minutes to get my food a total of 23 minutes with only 1 car in front of me and 1 person sitting in dinning room then they had the nerve to give me my food cold ..despicable

Customer service could use work. Charged for something I didn’t order. My name is Michael not “mick” food wasn’t redeeming either. Fries tasted very greasy and were limp. Burger was okay. Feel like I was shorted on bacon for my triple baconator but I’m not all familiar with Wendy’s standards to be honest. Wont be coming back to this place

Took at least 10 minutes just for someone to come to the register and take my order. While ordering, took another 5 minutes just to get the order right, and when I finally received my receipt they had gotten the order wrong. The service was slow and I could clearly see workers messing around in the back. I ended up waiting 40 minutes just to not even receive my food. I've never understood how a fast food could ever be rated 1 star by anyone, but this terrible experience may explain why.

Horrible management and ownership
I live nearby and come now and then - every time it's bad ! Today was the last time I come in !

The employees are clueless-items are missing ( how can a Wendy's not have chili ? - and why isn't the kitchen communicate this with the front register employee ? - and as a guest you get ignored to top it all .

As a buiness owner I hope corporate reads this because it's clearly mismanaged by the manager on duty and whoever owns the location franchise.

Clearly no one knows how to run a buiness there , and it shows in thier revenue and how the place looks rundown and old ( other locations around here had been renovated this one is old and "dirty " since they have no revenue to renovate)
