Not love this place?! Everybody that works at this particular Wendy's is as kind as anyone could be. They treat everyone like family, the food really is good especially the crispy chicken nuggets with the barbecue sauce and when you go in you know you're going to be greeted with a smile,, can you come here you're made to feel like friends and family

On the Wendy’s menu, it shows that the bacon and I have two patties, but then they tried to sell us down to a single patty, but after her search it up on Google, they’re actually not allowed to sell a single double or triple patty you have to ask for it but this so a single patty and that only wanted the double one we had to charge an extra $2.50 to add an existing patty to the burger, which also violet’s health code concerns

I’ve had a few bad experiences with this location from my order being wrong to food that looks smashed. and today ( not for the first time) i showed up after 7 am and they still weren’t open. from now on if i want wendy’s i’ll take a farther drive.

10/6/25 10:30pm I’m speaking to order and get no response, I’m saying hello? for 5 minutes. There’s a line behind me as well. I pull away and drive up to the windows and see three employees sitting at the tables chit chatting. They see me. I go back around to speak to order and they finally respond to take an order. And then take 10 minutes with the order of two items. Ridiculous service.

My food is always cold and inaccurate it's really sad when you're waiting in the drive thru for over 12 minutes just to get your food Luke cold NOT LUKE WARM LUKE COLD .....THEY REALLY NEED HELP OVER HERE ITS DESPICABLE

I went to this location to try the Wednesday meal. My fries have a few uncooked cold fries like they came straight from the freezer. The employee who took my order didn’t inform me that the Frosty’s weren’t ready yet because they were still too soft, and still gave me the Frosty’s SOFT. I ended up throwing away what I ordered and went to a different Wendy’s instead. 1131 Sunset is much better.

I have gone to this location multiple times, each time I order the sausage gravy & biscuit and it's either not enough gravy or too soupy of gravy and barely any sausage either... And they never give you a receipt unless you ask. 🙄😤
