It's actually insane how unprepared for the lunch rush this Wendy's constantly is. I've visited here several times picking up an online order and there has never been a time where I haven't waited at least 10+ minutes from my designated pick up time to carry out my order. I've seen people in line walk out due to frustration of not being serviced and the staff is extremely lackadaisical, to put it lightly.

I go here every week, lately no lettuce or tomatoes on my burger, not just once this has happened 3 or four times. A Dave’s double or single gets Tomatoes And lettuce. I only get the burger no sides, Now who you know who I am! Not coming back for a while. Again 4 months later no lettuce or tomato on my Dave’s burger! Calling corporate now, I’m an ex kitchen manager, next better business! You type Dave’s single it shows lettuce tomorrow and all the works, I didn’t type in Dave’s deluxe!!!!!!! Your pictures show Dave’s single with the works, went again and asked they said only Dave’s deluxe has the works?

Hello and blessings to you my fellow CR mates today I had the honor to review Wendy's new Takis Fuego meal and I must say I was like nah it's probably going to be another over hyped marketing stunt by both however with the sauces I was completely sold the fries, and burger plus the zero sugar cream pop was all on point I strongly recommend it if you like spicy flavors I am so proud of both Wendy's & Takis for pulling this incredible meal together the only thing missing is how to enjoy it but not to worry follow me at rychernandez and I will share more extended videos of how I enjoyed it. Thank you all for your support

Went through the drive through. Had to wait til they were ready to take my order. Ordered 4 biggie bags and the girl taking the order had mad attitude when asking if there was anything else. I pull up to the first window and wait, nobody opens nobody comes. I pull to the next and I get asked what my order was multiple times. Was told I was supposed to pay at the first window.. well I wouldve if someone was there. Had to repeat my drink order multiple times, they didn't even fill my drinks completely. They almost forgot to give me a whole meal until I told my partner to check the bag. Got home and I was still missing chicken nuggets and all my sauces. My burger meat wasn't even cooked all the way. 10/10 will not be returning. A total waste.
Worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Fries were grey, food was damn meat uncooked. Knew something was up when both of our meals were done as soon as we paid.

I usually get the 6 piece combo chicken nuggets when I go to Wendy’s. I came to this location and I was told by an employee that “management don’t want anyone ordering the 6 piece combo chicken nugget and to say they don’t have it when they do”. Which is ridiculous!! I should be able to order whatever I want especially if it’s in the system.

I haven't been to a Wendy's in years. Nicely surprised that it was very clean and neat. Staff was very nice and polite! It's fast food but it was as I expected and it fulfilled my desire for a quick lunch.
