Pretty upset - I ordered breakfast through the app - asked for no cheese on my mc...muffin. Anyway they left the cheese on - I didn't check - I thought that pre-ordering gives enough time to get the order correct but, nothing works. Just gotta double check - very upsetting - threw the thing in the garbage - no removing melted cheese - thanks for nothing.

Got there this morning and couldn't get in because doors were locked at 7:30. Couldn't use drive thru because I'm driving a 45' bus. Waited till 7:35 I left because I had to be somewhere at 7:45. If they can't open has advertised at 7:30. Why not post a sign at the door. Be professional .

We decided to dine in. The entire restaurant was dirty. There were only customers at two other tables, but every table was dirty. It took 10 minutes to place our order,but they were out of our first 2 choices. The catsup machines were both empty. We won't be back.

Ordered a Dave's single and frys with no pickles which I'm allergic to and what is on my burger, PICKLES. I'm just waiting until all fast food close down, they are getting sued all the time, wages going up, health care and paying overtime will hurt these franchises. I'll just wait it out, it's inevitable.
Cashier arguing that the saucy nuggets can't be a combo, when it clearly states it can. Guy was even looking at the register and lied to me. Drive thru can be hit and miss on customer service. Sometimes they are polite and friendly, other times its uncertain if they want to kill you or themselves. If you want Wendys, maybe go to a different one.
