He ignored the sauce request

OMG I can’t believe that this woman is still working at this location, she is extremely Rude and angry, I waited for ever for a voice than she says what do you want very demeaning I told her what I wanted and she yelled at me to lower my voice. Is that all you want she didn’t ask me what size so I said I would like a large again. She yelled at me. I’m the only one working in here lower your tone of voice I wound up driving straight through. I will never ever go back to this Wendy’s, this woman has been working there. I would say a year every time I go in there that’s her attitude the worst employee I’ve ever seen she should be fired immediately

Their morning lady is horrible. I won’t go for breakfast anymore. She acts like you’re inconveniencing her by ordering food. If you’re going to act like you don’t want me there, then I won’t come anymore.

Good Vibes

Looks like one of the managers, Charmaine, was rude for no reason very early in the morning. I came in for a baconator, but saw on the menu there were breakfast potatoes next to it. I asked if the combo came with fries and she snarkily asked what else it would come with. I described the picture and asked for an apology. She then refused service to me in the drive thru and would not help me when I came into the store.

One of the other associates, Chris, was much more amicable. He explained it was only breakfast right now so the sandwich would only come with potatoes, not fries. So her response was actually unreasonable.

The lady working in the drive-through is psychotic. Went through to pick up a mobile order. She Began Confirming my order by “shouting” what do you want?

I replied to her I’m here to pick up a mobile order. And she proceeded to shout and give a whole bunch of attitude because I did not give her the name. To which I replied You didn’t ask me for a name? I have it here on my phone if you would like Me to show you or you could ask me ask for the name on the order. How was I supposed to know you needed the name?

The lady is just really Angry and demeaning for no reason. I don’t normally write reviews for fast food But I also don’t normally leave a drive-through wondering how the somebody like this is still actively Employed.

The African American manager was the most ignorant mean lady I have ever dealt with . Ignored me, then proceeded to not answer my question. she got my order correct because it was not on the screen . So at the window I asked and she ignored me again then started just repeating the total in a very aggressive fashion . Please replace this woman She is not nice. I was very nice to her, her personal life is being carried over into the work place. please hire people who are not so ignorant for no reason.

I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy's recently, and the experience was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. The lady taking orders was extremely rude, snapping at me before I even finished my sentence. She seemed annoyed that I wanted to clarify a few items, and it felt like I was bothering her just by being there.

After my visit, I checked some other reviews, and it turns out I’m not alone – many other customers have had similar experiences with this same employee. It’s frustrating that, despite multiple complaints, nothing seems to have changed. Wendy’s should really take note and make customer service a priority. I hope management steps in to address this ongoing issue so that future customers don’t have to deal with the same disrespectful attitude. It made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I’ve seen other reviews mentioning the same issue with her, so it’s clear this isn't just a one-time thing. Customer service should make people feel valued, not like they're an annoyance. I hope Wendy's management addresses this, as it makes me hesitant to return to this location.

This Wendy’s has to be the greatest in Henderson. The service is always friendly and efficient the food is always fresh and the common areas are always I mean always clean!!!! They also have some of the best specials and prices and the spicy nuggets never fail!!!

The lady running the shift is loud and has no people skills. The entire 35 mins i was inside all she did was yell & treat her staff horrible in front of guest . Food was sloppy and cold soda machine down .Wil not return
