I’ve been coming here for years because of the convenience of this location but never again. The lady (you will definitely know who I am referring to) in the mornings is absolutely rude and miserable for absolutely no reason it’s insane! Shes straight up disgusting and disrespectful. It’s uncalled for how she acts. It’s unacceptable from start to finish. She lacks basic decency. Shes irritated from the moment of ordering for no reason and basic courtesy was completely missing. Why take out your misery out on other people trying to ruin their day for just because you’re not happy?! I wouldn’t trust her making my food. The lack of common courtesy. Treat others the way you want to be treated. Something seriously needs to be done it’s unacceptable!

My entire wrap fell apart and my fries were cold.
Went to this Wendy’s tonight and both of the frostys I got were liquid! It was literally the consistency of soup! I’ve never seen this at any Wendy’s before. I’m disappointed with the quality of the food at this location! Even last time I went there the chicken on the salad was hard and tough to eat and on my baked potato instead of having chopped bacon there were two strips on bacon on it. This Wendy’s has gotten so lazy and sloppy!

There is some persistent issues here.
My order today did not seem to be correct. I ordered a large spicy deluxe combo at 530pm. As pictured I did not receive a spicy deluxe, just a basic spicy chicken. It came with a large drink and seemingly a medium fry for some reason. The fries also taste like they were re-fried, not very good.
The large chili was left ajar and spilled onto the napkins and other food items.
The food items were put into the bags poorly with what appears to be no logic. I think Wendy's has training videos to follow when it comes packaging orders.
There was no straw or receipt included with the order at all. My order was not displayed at the drive through screen for verification.
Overall a pretty poor experience. I would not recommend this location to people looking to get their money's worth. Feels like some retraining would be helpful to remedy these issues. I do not believe it is worth your money at this time.

Do not put in door dash orders here it's a pain when you get a call saying they are out of half the things you ordered and now you need to deal with refunding all the coworkers on your door dash order. If you are out of so many offerings maybe you should shut down online ordering until you fix it.
Update: and then we looked at the few items we were able to get and none of them had bacon when they are all supposed to be baconaters and bacon breakfast sandwiches.

Usually this is a good location but the breakfast team is so rude. The lady at the drive thru didn't even want to speak to me when I came thru and she gave me the oldest fries they had. Didn't even get a receipt. Never again at least not for breakfast

My god-
Drive through wasn’t even that long and the man who took our order was very nice. However as we get to the window to pay, clearly a manager straight up SCREAMS at us the cost and snatches our card from our hand.
Right after she basically shoved the food in our face.
Taken aback, me and my mother look at each other like “did that just happen?”
As we look through the bag, we ask for a straw and spoon to which she snips back, once again in this horrible screeching yell, “ItS iN the BaG.” As she then shoos us away from the window without handing us our receipt.
Never have I ever experienced this level of rudeness at ANY fast food chain. As someone has worked fast food, I’m appalled by this level of customer service.
Upon leaving we did tell the lady to have a nice day and hopefully she gets a nice attitude adjustment.

Worst Wendy's.
One of the workers had a super bad attitude, she was super rude and unprofessional. I think it was the manager. I mean, if you are going to treat all your customers like that, why work on a job where customer service is the first priority.
He ignored the sauce request
OMG I can’t believe that this woman is still working at this location, she is extremely Rude and angry, I waited for ever for a voice than she says what do you want very demeaning I told her what I wanted and she yelled at me to lower my voice. Is that all you want she didn’t ask me what size so I said I would like a large again. She yelled at me. I’m the only one working in here lower your tone of voice I wound up driving straight through. I will never ever go back to this Wendy’s, this woman has been working there. I would say a year every time I go in there that’s her attitude the worst employee I’ve ever seen she should be fired immediately
Their morning lady is horrible. I won’t go for breakfast anymore. She acts like you’re inconveniencing her by ordering food. If you’re going to act like you don’t want me there, then I won’t come anymore.
