Came to Wal-Mart last Tuesday and ordered two original pretzels. And they were not good. Forgot a few items and came back to Walmart two days later and thought I'd give them another try. This time there was a long hair in the fold of the pretzel. The hair wasn't texture and I have braids so it was the guys working hair because the female was a blonde. Just grossed out with this location at this point. The employees aren't friendly either.

Just left the Walmart with my delicious fresh bag of pretzel bites. The man behind the counter stop what he was doing to make me some fresh bites and did it with a smile. I asked for extra butter/oil and salt and he happily did it.
I wish I knew his name so he got proper credit, he's a white bigger guy with glasses and beard. Really he is such a lovely person. Definitely somebody you want working for you and promoting your company.

The lady told me that pretzels just came out 3 minutes ago and they didn't. Pretzel bites were hard and over cooked.
