Staff Are Awesome at this Location, Management ehh Not So Much.. Scamdemic is Long Over, so to Not have Cash Option because you cant get change ordered from the bank... Makes for Bad Customer Service. I almost didn't eat here because I only had cash.. Fortunately the Staff Saved this Sale & I was Happy..

Worst customer service ever..the cashier was a nice little phillipeno Lady. But gessh the lady with the head set that was making food was so nasty &mean omg. Like who let her work here. I guess these days you have to take what you can get. I'm writing this review because this same lady with the head set today 7/31/2025 was so mean to an older couple from out of town. All they asked was if they could have extra pickles on the food. Smh... The worker rolled her eyes so hard I thought her eyes were gonna roll on the floor..so sad I guess I see why they have 2&3 stars. Then the don't list a phone number online. Because they probably was getting 100.vomplainya daily. So sad ... I will visit the other locations from now on.

Our drive through experience was very unpleasant. The cashier was extremely rude and unfriendly. We were paying for our $32 meal with a $50 bill and she refused saying that the company does not except $50 bills. When it is clearly posted on the window nothing larger than $50. Unfortunately this business loses a lot of money at this location due to Jamie’s lack of customer service and knowledge of company policies.

Start food it's mediocre at best haven't figured out how you get greasy but yet dry together....the service ...is nonexistent there this person assembling sliders who kept saying be a minute for 15mins I should've walked after 5 min then finally get to order and should've taken 2mins max .. 5mins later still trying to get them to understand CHEESE fries. I tried kiosk but do want I wanted on it couldntswap forcheese fries

Finally gave in and got a crave case with fries and chicken rings. Crave case was great and hot fries was a bit under cooked for my liking so that went to waste. Other then that got my craving tonight
Sat in drive thru for 20 to 30 mins worst drive thru ever. And i like white castle but damn never doing this again. In still in the drive thru waiting......
