Worst white castle I've been too in the USA! 25 minutes stuck in the drive thru when there were only 3 customers total on the property. Only to receive hot fries and cold sliders...Consistent lack of care at this location. I won't be back..

The service at this location has been suspected for quite some time now, two of my visits they didn’t even bother to put pickles on my sliders. My last visit I decided to go inside and that’s all I needed to ensure that it will be my last and final visit. I’ve never seen a dining room, kitchen and restroom so completely filthy, covered in dirt and dust, the place looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the day it first opened. Absolutely disgusting. And this is a place that NEVER has people dining inside. There’s no “lunch/dinner rush” that they simply didn’t have time to clean up from. Whoever owns or manages this location should be ashamed of themselves, but this level of filth would indicate that those people have no shame nor pride to begin with. The health department needs to pay them a visit, and don’t forget a padlock for the front door.

It wasn’t busy so there was very little wait time and my order was ready within 5-10 mins.

Ask for the white Castle burgers without onions they said they cannot do that when they can. I searched online and it is possible to do it without onions although the onion taste will still be there. They still can scrape the onions off the patty. Multiple other places do that as well. This Location told me that it’s impossible.
