This place is a hidden gem. The chicken katzu bowl is super tasty. I’ve gotten the fish sandwich twice — the fish is crispy, the veggies provide that crunch I’m looking for, and the sauce on the sandwich makes it meld together perfectly. It’s a classic sandwich without all the frills, which is sometimes exactly what I am looking for. This place is affordable as well, which is hard to find nowadays in Vegas/Henderson. Service is always so so nice! Highly recommend giving this Hawaiian bbq place a try.
This was my First time visiting. The young man at the register was nice and answered all our questions. The food came out quickly and both our meals were absolutely delicious!! I loved the Teriyaki Sauce and the Spring Rolls were really yummy! I'll Definitely be back!

It's not often that I'm craving Hawaiian food and this time I wanted a place that the reviews on Yelp made it shine. Will's Hawaiian BBQ knocked it out of the box for me. The biggest takeaway was the portion size for their regular portion (vs the mini) the sheer amount of meat alone is worth the price. Period. Simple no nonsense take out or eat in restaurant with counter service.

I’ve been on the hunt for good Hawaiian plate lunch places and being from Hawai’i expectations are high. Decided to try this place and it was ok. The Kalbi plate could have used more flavor, the mixed bbq chicken and garlic shrimp was actually pretty good, the chicken katsu was basic, but the loco moco was spot on and great flavor, the Hawaiian plate was mediocre probably pre made lau lau and the kalua pig was dry but the Mac salad was just like home. Service was great, small place but was like a plate lunch place back home.

I'm very sorry to rate this so low. When I walked in the place smelled of rotten mop water. My face immediately scrunched up and the kid behind the cashier droned "can i help u..." and I said, trying not to be rude "I'm just here to look at your menu, thank you".I saw another employee, an older man, walk from the hallway around behind the cash register towards the kitchen. I thought "there's no way they don't notice this smell!" But the smell was so bad I had to turn around and walk out. A customer walked in before I exited and I saw the look on his face too.If the owner sees this and replies with an explanation, I'd be happy to come back and try their food. I hate giving low reviews, so I'd prefer to see a redemption arc. Thank you
