Didn’t get the right flavour after waiting for 30 min.
Then they told me that they can’t take it back.

Food is great most of the time. Sometimes wings are a little overdone. Counter staff is great considering volume and crap they deal with it. Waiting area is small and sometimes wait can be 45 mins to an hour.
Vegetarian options: They have carrots, celery, and French fries.
Parking: In a strip mall with Papa John's next door so it's gets hard to find parking at peak time.
Kid-friendliness: If you're kid likes wings, boneless wings, or chicken tenders and fries, then it's kid friendly.

Burnt ass french fries, every fry, delivered and the only way to fix it, is come into the store, with no car!!🤬
Ordered food online for delivery. We live close by. Received automated text 30 minutes later saying food is ready for delivery. Then, 5 minutes after, delivery is cancelled without explanation and we received a text to call store. We called store, employee answers and puts us on hold for 7 minutes. Then we explain the situation, and we are placed on hold again for another 7 minutes. Then after that, employee said it was a system error and that she needed to call corporate to get resolved and that would take another 30 minutes. Employee explained order shouldn’t have been cancelled but couldn’t explain why and told us payment was processed. At no point was any apologies offered or willingness to expedite and actually resolve the issue. By this point, we have been waiting for food for hour and a half. We told the employee to cancel the order and she said it would take 5-7 business days to refund. The wings are fine if you can get them.

Such a bummer they changed their ranch dressing. Now it's this runny crap. They were known for their ranch dressing. I feel this decision to change their ranch was a very poor business move.
Also, they are getting a bit stingy on their proportions. The past two times I ordered, they have given a lot less fries than they use too. The sauce game is weaker, too. This is the all-in bundle. Price increase, +$3, quality decrease.
Icing on the cake, both people in our party had a hair on their chicken tender. One seems accidential, but two is hard to not find it intentional.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. the WORST location in the area by a country mile. this place has rarely ever gotten an order of mine right in the numerous amount of times i’ve been here. i’m partially to blame bc i stupidly continue to give these incompetent people my money. i genuinely wonder where the incompetence starts. whether it’s with the owner, the manager, or employees. just pure laziness and incompetence at every level. they are incredibly stingy with the fries, the food is always soggy, and the wings are always small. they also got rid of the free style machine, and half the time the sodas have zero corn syrup and are flat as hell. i don’t get how a location can be this terrible. you honestly have to try to run a place as poorly as they run this one. AVOID this location at all costs and go to a different one.
It appears this location is shrimping on fries. Ours was a to go order.

This is the worst wingstop location. They make the wings terrible. The workers are all unprofessional and playing around with each other not even paying attention to what they are doing. I went to this location twice and my wings are dry and have literally no sauce. Serving dry hard wings. Disappointed.

What had happened to the customer comes first bought a chicken sandwich and wings I asked the guy at front if he can cut my sandwich in 2 he said no we don't do that but he wants to sell me another sandwich I'm like are you serious bro I'm tired of this generation of no Sabo kids they need to be better training or hire people that really cares about customer service this is why I only support mom and papa small business

Me and the kids came today, there’s no line when we arrived and we decided to dine in. The cashier said that it will only take 15-20mins since we came that they’re not busy yet.
It’s been 35minutes and my name was not called yet. The cashier who took our order has already left for the day so I decided to ask another lady cashier on the counter. She said that it will be another 6 minutes. I told her that I was told it will only be 15-20mins and it’s been longer than that. She went back to the kitchen and told me they’re working on it.
I sat down and waited, 6 minutes have passed just like the cashier said but the food is still not ready. I just ignored it and kept waiting, it took 50 minutes for us to get our food.
I would rather them tell me the realistic time of waiting instead of giving you false information. We could have went to another place especially the kids are hungry.
It’s the worst customer service! Never again ?
