Honestly, I don’t suggest going there during the hour of closing (11pm to midnight) My food tasted like cleaning material. Im commenting to let it be known, but also as proof in case something happens to me. Not saying it was done on purpose but when I got there, they were mopping or something and cleaning up, while still making orders. That can be dangerous, but Im sure some chemicals got into my food, I could taste it. It took a several wings for me to realize but I threw the last four away. Go earlier in the day.

This location doesn’t get their orders right. I placed an order online at 4 pm for a 5:45 pick up. They made the food at 4. It was cold at 5:47. They remade it and they must’ve refried the chicken sandwich and gave me hand cut fries lol because they were 3/4inch thick cut. This location is off my list.

All the cooks need to be fired. Food was awful. Wings were huge and could have been cooked more. Fries were soggy and corn was cold. If you’re not able to cook something as simple as fries and wings then you clearly shouldn’t be in a kitchen at all. Tables were filthy and drink machine was out of ice. This place should be shut down honestly.

Two parties that came in after me somehow got their orders before me and when I questioned the person at the register, the meek, little girl could barely muster up an apology. I don’t mind waiting as I was told it would be 18-20 minutes, however, it’s unsatisfactory to have to be served out of turn.
The food at this location takes forever to make. Everytime I come here I order 20 mins before over the phone and they still take 20 mins for the food to come out. The staff in the back are barely working and are just messing around with each

Heard about the new flavor decided to try it out. Tried to order online but the maple sriracha flavor wasn't showing. Called the store at 3:02pm, asked if the flavor was available, the lady told me yes. I said great, I would like to place an order for pickup for 6pm. Can I order now or call back. She said no, you can order now. So I did. As I was parking in front of the store, I received a call at 5:40pm to tell me the flavor wasn't available and hasn't been available since yesterday (11/19/23). My response was, so it took y'all 3 hrs to figure that out? it's over 8 people here no one could have called me so me and my child could decide if we still wanted wingstop or something else. We've waited this long now we don't really have a choice. As a business owner, before I tell a customer I have something, I double check. And if I run out of something, I contact them immediately. The staff was very unprofessional, showed no empathy, but stress how she just started her shift. Ma'am it's at least 8 other people on duty. Strike 2, y'all out.

Received raw chicken, made my boyfriend immediately ill. We don’t order here too often but everytime we do, there’s always an issue where we’re refunded $5 or in this case, the free chicken sandwich which is $6. I’m more worried about the food safety issue. As a chicken company, you’d think to know to check for raw chicken? The more I think about it the more it upsets me, so I’ll leave it at this. Please do better, would you eat this?

Time, 12:35pm. The gal at the counter doing the pick up orders, with the fake eyelashes was rude. I was next in line and she ignored me and skipped over me to take someone else's order and then glared at me when I said I was next. Cute eyelashes but that doesn't negate a piss poor attitude and bad customer service. I'll not be back to this location. The other gal, she was nice.
