First, they need to fix the ventilation in there. I could see plumes of smoke coming out of the fryer, and it had filled the place with the vent above it barely doing anything.
Second, they need to let the stuff drain after it comes out of the fryer. The whole lower bun of my chicken sandwich was soaked with oil.
Third, their lemon pepper doesn't taste like lemon, or pepper. It's like salty lemon scented cleaner. The smell is awful.
I will say the people working there were nice, and had my order ready right away. The service part of the transaction was great. I just wish their food was anywhere near decent.
The celery and carrots are good though. Those are the only food I would recommend at this place.

Me and my boyfriend went to wingstop because usually I love it but last night when we went I spent almost 60$ and I do every time I go. This time I don’t know if the chicken sandwich was raw or if something was in the chicken…but it did not look pleasant and he also couldn’t even BITE THROUGH the chicken it was just hard. I’m going to leave a picture if you don’t like looking at chewed food scroll lol.

We stopped by this location as we normally do when traveling from Laughlin to Henderson to do some shopping. The music was so loud I finally asked them to turn it down. Our food came out and the fries were obviously left over from the day before. They were cold and not fresh at all. Very disappointing because we drive out of our way to eat here. I hope management reads this.

Second time now that my delivery order has been incorrect. This time I called and found out that they blame it on door dash even though they screwed up the order. I have to call them to get my money despite me ordering from their app. Last time I eat this place not worth the trouble.

The floor was sticky, some guys were asking us to do a survey for a $10 gift card. Ice machine was out. Paper towel holder was empty. Food was pretty good. Sauces are a little on the sweet side for my taste I guess I expected hot to be hot not sweet and hot.
