I had such a great experience at Wingstop thanks to Humberto! He went above and beyond with his service—super friendly, attentive, and made my needs were satisfied! Him and his manager helped me out on my mobil order without even being in person! It’s not often you come across someone who takes the time to make customers feel valued, but Humberto definitely did.

I got a combo today, and without exaggeration,my fries tasted and smelled like rat poop. Even the people I was with gagged at the smell of them. I'll give it to them, they refunded my meal but only after the worker rang her supervisor to tell her how to put a refund through. First and last time eating there.

I used to only go to get their amazing fries, but now that they have tenders I'll be going much more often. The 6 tender meal is a great value and like everything else pairs perfectly with their famous house-made ranch. This is a new location as of writing this, but they've got very friendly staff and wait time was minimal. Would recommend!

I placed an order online to ensure it would be ready upon my wife's arrival. However, when she arrived, they informed her that they could not locate the order. Consequently, I emailed her the receipt, which she presented to confirm it was indeed the correct location. Suddenly, they managed to find the order. My wife was accompanied by our three children, and this situation caused significant inconvenience for us! She was then required to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes after I had placed the order 20 to 25 minutes earlier! Their customer service was nonexistent, and they offered no apology for their mistake! We will not return!

It's always delicious, but I ordered the wrong flavor for my chicken.... I had to give it to my son.....too hot fir meee! I was looking for a sweet and spicy..... Maybe all the locations don't have all the same flavors, idk!
We are so happy that we finally tried Wingstop after years of saying we will.
I was craving wings we headed over here. It did take us a bit to decide on flavors as we both tend to eat different flavors and were slightly overwhelmed by the variety.
Luckily, the staff member at the register was super helpful! He pointed out what flavors he liked and answered our neverending am8of questions. I wish I would have gotten his name to give him some props.
We ended up with a 15 wings combo for two with Cajun wings, lemon pepper and upgraded -Louisiana voodoo- fries.
The Cajun wings were the right amount of spicy in my opinion, enough to feel the heat but not to much that your crying.
Lemon pepper was also good, almost a slight sweetness to it. They were cooked well and not tough or dry.
The voodoo fries were at an additional fee, I believe $1-2. I would go back just for these. Little bit of spice but not a reason to cry.
There was a small restaurant area with tables to sit and relax and eat your food out. We enjoyed watching highlights from the draft while we were eating our food on the TV.
We will definitely add this to our wing

The wings were really good, but we waited FOREVER to get our food, doordash orders kept coming in and getting picked up before they could do ours. Us and one other customer in waited at least 15 -20 minutes before we got our meals. Our table was also really sticky.. I also think paying almost $50 for 2 orders of wing combos is also insane, we only got 8 piece wing combos and we ate at the store and didn't doordash.

Left me on hold for 20 minutes, didn't give a reason why even though I was in the middle of ordering. Terrible service. Website and App constantly failed but their hold music reminds you to use either every 5 seconds.
