Went into wingstop on 9/27/25 to order two orders of two of the 10 pieces bone in wings and got one order of boneless. Went back on the 10/30/25. When we was supposed to get our free meal, the manager by the name of Ashlee gave us only chicken and said we didn't have a problem with the fries.So we wasn't getting fries.She was very rude unprofessional, I will not be returning to this wingstop. I will not be returning to any. Wingstop.

My husband and I had such a great experience at this Wingstop! The whole team was kind, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude from start to finish. They got our order exactly right, the food came out hot and perfect, and everything was handled smoothly.
I want to give a special shout-out to Evelin at the front counter, she was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel really taken care of. Thank you to the entire Wingstop team for making our visit such a good one. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Came here 4 x before got my order 2x out of 4 with all drum chicken did not say anything. Want back today made sure I told her want a even amount 5 flats/ 5 drums paid $20 just to get all drums again after waiting 20 mins. I clearly told them and she agreed the manager doesn't care acts like it worth you been there before or not. There are so many wing places in las vegas. Not putting up with BS. They dont care soon the customers will not as well then your out of business. Now your 2.8 review is a 2.7 this is for that lady manager not the cashier.

My husband sometimes comes here after work to pick up dinner and we've had nothing short of amazing service every single time he goes in. The wings are cooked to perfection juicy, yet crispy and absolutely delicious. I don't know where all these one star reviews came from.It makes absolutely no sense.This place is amazing!

Service guy at the counter was so nice and helpful with a flavor I really loved! My order was an 8 piece hot honey wings with fries and soda. They were so hot and fresh with perfect amount of sweet and heat!!! This is a great little spot.
Got delivery today thru Uber eats and my food was perfect! 10 piece hot honey all flats with side of veggie sticks and extra ranch soooo good 😊

I’ve been to the ones in New York and I just moved from New York City and I’m so impressed by their service where they answered every one of my calls to change pickup schedule, and they prepared fresh french fries because I was late in picking it up. Alma the assisting manager was amazing. I highly recommend this place.
My second time matched these reviews. Fausto took my order and he was great. The food was done in time (18 min). The food wasn’t good. The fries were covered in cheese, which I didn’t ask for. The chicken sandwich wasn’t cooked properly. The seasoning was good and so was the crunch if the chicken, but the chicken seemed tough and hard. Perhaps it wasn’t cooked thoroughly…maybe still a bit frozen? I don’t know, but I didn’t eat it. Now I’m in search of more food. Disappointed.

The store manager Yesenia has a big attitude problem. I tried to speak with her and it seems like no ones to pick up the phone I've tried countless time and this is just really unacceptable. I dont know what the problem is with her or the store but obviously someone isn't take charge properly.

Put in an order on New Years Eve about 40 minutes before they closed. You could tell everyone else had the same idea because they were packed. Workers did an amazing job of servicing all of us and did it with great customer service. I appreciate all the hard work the team put in to make everyone’s holiday better. <3

Food: The fries are good if you like soft fries. I don't mind, especially how hungry I was. The fries taste kinda weird if I'm honest, weird but good? They're like slightly sweet, then become salty. Idk it's different but pretty good. The chicken is serviceable, reminds me of B-Dubs but with worse sauce. The chicken taste itself without sauce is literally B-Dubs. Same taste to me. The sauces are mostly overpowering and smell strong, but taste alright.
Overall pretty alright. I've avoided this place for awhile now on Maps cause of it's mediocre 2.5 star rating. I ordered in person as well, and I checked my food before I left the building cause of the other reviews I've seen.
Would I come back? If I have no other option for fried chicken sure. Otherwise just go to Buffalo wild wings.
