Not how I wanted to spend my Father's Day.

COVID restrictions are over.

They want you to scan a bar code and place your order online. Food and drinks get dropped off and the you are never checked on again.

Four employees stood around behind the bar joking with each other.

To top it all off the tip defaults to 18% I am not paying an 18% tip for someone to drop off food and bus a table.

The food was decent which is the only reason this isn't a 1 star.

The lamb burger was all time. The beers were equally delicious. Love to see this place expand and grow. The public house is rad! Give them some love!

Went on the recommendation of a close friend. The food was great, we had the cucumber salad, the picnic basket burger and a couple of beers they have on rotation. Met Chef Scott and he gave my wife and I a kiss. Chef Scott is the close friend, he’s doing a beautiful job in that kitchen and can’t recommend this place enough. Go check it out!

Went to Lake Tahoe and visited the Alibi Tap house on 4-22-2024 in Incline Nevada because of a recomendation by Jamil Zainasheff during a Facebook Homebrew Network web cast with the owner of Alibi. My wife and I sat at the bar and tried to strike up a conversation with the Bartender and other people at the bar. I mentioned that we were from Michigan and asked about beer recommendations and he quickly pointed to the chalkboards on the wall and walked away. The locals at the bar were not friendly unless you were a local. A very disappointing experience however the IPA was one of the best I have had.

Not normally a complainer, but I'm a local, and the last 5 visits here have been off. Tonight. 33.00$ burger, with fries and beer cheese. I get prices in a touristy town, but the bottom bun was complete mush and fies under cooked and soggy 6 minutes from pick up. I'm just extremely disappointed. I love Alibi and go there ALOT, but tonight was particularly bad. Probably not going back.

We had planned our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at another venue but wanted a place to gather with friends and family traveling into Tahoe the night before the wedding. Alibi Ale Works – Incline Public House was the perfect spot! The atmosphere was fantastic—relaxed, welcoming, and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The beer and pizzas were a hit with everyone. It was the perfect place for a casual get-together before the big day. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and a fun vibe!

This pub was semi-serviced, you have to order at the bar, get a number tag and find a table to wait for the order delivered. We liked the outdoor seating area and the beer, the flatbread/pizza was great, the pretzel was shaped like the store’s logo, very cute and delicious. We had lunch here and I think eating here at night would be more fun when there is live music and lighted beer garden to enjoy.

Had the pretzel with beer mustard as well as fries. Both very nice. Beers were particularly good though!

Nice vibe and good beer. The menu is really interesting, but the execution was so underwhelming. Fish sandwich was good, but the wings & mac cheese was subpar. Prices were way too high for what we experienced.

I was having the worst day of my life. I just got back from Mongolia and my flight was delayed 4 times but I came to Alibi for a beer and Payton was my bartender and my world was turned upside down. Thank God for Alibi beer and Payton or I would not be here today.

This is the best place. Payton was so attentive and had a wonderful attitude honestly she should be a comedian. If you’re having a bad day come grab a beer from her.
