I had the most AWKWARD dining experience here. Our waitress was in a bad mood and made it a point to let us know…

She was slamming our plates down on the table and making weird comments / gestures. Storming off away from us all flustered.. she even dropped my credit card acting out.

The whole ordeal threw me off so bad that I forgot my credit card there mid vacation.

The staff members gossip at the podium in front of the restaurant as if the customers at the bar can’t hear them… The best part is the topic of conversation: Customers who are currently in the restaurant!!

Really nice staff. The place want too busy, we were seated immediately. The nachos were really good. Service was pretty good. Food cane out fast, a lot of TVs with sports playing and very close to the rooms so no need to walk a lot

Mark is a great server, but the food is criminally overpriced for its quality. Cocktails/drinks from the bar were 90% ice. Wife took a few sips and there was already not enough left over for me to try. Recommend trying other food nearby.

Like it but waaaayyyy over rated. . Didn't eat there after looking at prices. To rich for my blood but you go ahead and enjoy. Definitely stop here and check it out make your own decisions.

The waitress Wendy was an excellent person in serving us, it was an incredible experience! Food and drinks 10/10

The pizza was really good.

Got seated and promptly ignored for maybe about 15 minutes until we decided to leave. Meanwhile, we saw others who arrived after we were seated promptly served and even items delivered to them while we waited.
Other than being seated, no one talked to us, asked us for drinks, or even notified us that they'll be with us. Not really the service we are looking for.

Stopped by Cutthroat's Saloon for an after dinner drink and some dessert to bring back to the room. This establishment is located within the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe, so it makes for a very convenient spot to pick up food if you're staying at the hotel. The restaurant is due a refresh, but I will say that our carmel fudge sundae tonight was out of this world!
