Based on the reviews, FUMO Restaurant & Bar offers a mixed experience. The best Martini and French 75 ever were served, and the breakfast was amazing from start to finish, with incredibly welcoming staff. The farmer's market omelette with amazing, seasoned potatoes and the top notch breakfast burrito with fresh ingredients and rich flavors are highlights. However, some food was good and some below average, with missed items and a big no on a $140 valentine menu. That menu had an ok appetizer, a salmon that was really good, but overcooked asparagus, dry cheesy risotto, and unevenly cooked elk. A white wine was ok, but the red wine was corked. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is consistently described as good, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. While some cannot recommend it, many would definitely be back.
