“Sierra Café is located on the lower level of Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort. Breakfast is served between 7-11:30 am and lunch is served between 12-3:30 pm. They do not serve dinner.The café has a good amount of tables with an outdoor area facing the resort pool. We didn't have any problem getting a table at around 9:00 am ish but they do get busy. We had breakfast here both mornings while staying at the Resort.They have all your basic breakfast items from eggs, omelets, pancakes, bacon and waffles. Everything we had was delicious. The pancake and omelet was probably my favorite. The breakfast buffet is only available on the weekend.Excellent service. The servers are attentive, friendly and professional.“

The ambiance is light and cheery with a lot of colorful decorations. The chips are crisp and fresh. The salsa is fresh with a zingThe el presidente taco (beef or chicken) is plentiful with salad, beans and Spanish rice. It is plenty for lunch or dinner.“
