I was surprised how small the burger was... for the price.
I have had good burgers here before.
It was also over cooked, but part of that I take responsibility for, as I didn't specify medium rare...

I was pretty disappointed with incline burgers. It is a nice restaurant. However, the hamburger that I had was subpar. The bun which appeared to be a Costco bun to me was stale. It was nice. Lightly toasted but not enough to overcome the stale taste. The hamburger patty seemed to me to be a pre-made Frozen Patty from Costco. It was dry and poorly cooked. The onion and tomato were nice but the lettuce was a single piece of romaine lettuce which was wilted. It came with a nice mayonnaise sauce but it wasn't enough to overcome the stale bun and the overcooked and dry hamburger patty.

They also need to work on their beer selection. They have five taps and two were empty. Cups over the tap handles.

It's a cool little restaurant in a shopping center in Incline Village. If they were to work on their burgers a bit it would be a top-notch restaurant.

Got a sight of garlic fries. They were good. I'd get those again.

I will just have to call it a pass, at this point

I ordered the “Lumber Jack” breakfast that included eggs, choice of meat, hash brown and a single pancake.

The kitchen was close to the dining area but I didn't smell anything or hear anything cooking. When my food arrived all of the food was piled together in a small box, in the least I would have liked my food to be put on a plate.

The restaurant provided basic pancake syrup and that was made from sugar and high fructose and butter. I do not to use basic pancake syrup and asked if they had any alternatives like maple syrup, honey, agave or jam, to my disappointment ALL were not available.

The eggs I ordered were “soft scrambled” but they were not soft whatsoever.

The bacon was very over cooked and crunchy.

The “hash brown” was the same type that is sold at Mcdonalds. I did not consume the hashbown

If I could give this restaurant a “zero” ⭐️, I would definitely do so.

There are many other options in Lake Tahoe, I advise that you look into the other options.

Some of these poor reviews surprised me. Excellently prepared burger & chicken sandwich. Yummy sauce. Great shoestring fries and home made lemonade. We sat outside in January!

My food was extremely greasy and way too salty. The patties were over cooked dripping with grease and mostly just tasted like salt. Ordered the incline fries and they were mediocre, again extremely salty. The girl who took my order came off as rude and was more focused on rushing me to get back to a conversation she was having with someone on the side of the counter. Very unprofessional, very uninviting and just completely rude. You're better off cooking a burger at home.

Small seating area as the outside was closed due to it being winter.

The food prices are reasonable for a tourist area. The burgers are served fresh with all the extras you may prefer. The fries are thin and crispy. Seating is very limited. The tea and adult beverages will quench your thirst.

I ordered food from this restaurant on two nights in row. The first night, the food was decent, so I decided to order the same meal again: chicken nuggets and a hamburger. However, tonight was a completely different experience. The nuggets were burnt, and the hamburger was overly salty with charred bits that tasted like old oil.

It felt like there were two different chefs working on different days. I mentioned this to the staff, but they just said, "Sorry," without taking any action. I really expected better consistency in the quality of food. I will never come back here again because serving food cooked in burnt oil is simply unacceptable.

The worst breakfast I have ever had. Pancakes cold, eggs scraped from pan, horrible coffee, and the cheapest plastic utensils you can purchase. Coffee took 20 minutes to brew. Employees did not care.
