We ordered the baby gem salad, scallops, ribs, lamb chops, deviled eggs, Mac and cheese, and frites. Would ordered everything again every single time. If I had to pick a favorite bite - it was probably the scallops, but that feels rude to the ribs. I don't see how you could go wrong here. Fine dining with variety and hospitable service. Located in an inconspicuous strip, Bite Tapas is a must when in the Tahoe area. We started with a libation each, the smoke show, spritz is how we do it, and the non alcoholic hip to be square. Each drink was delicious and refreshing after a day of snowshoeing.
