Sombody described this as a “hidden gem.” Not our experience at all. We attempted having lunch here at around 13:30 on August 3, 2025 and the entire area was mobbed. In fact we couldn’t even get to the restaurant because the road that leads to it was barricaded with a sign reading something like, road access reservation required April-September. So just check with someone that you can actually get there before heading to out to Kokanee Bar.
The perfect spot for a quick bite while enjoying Sand Harbor! You get tasty deli-style food paired with a stunning lakeside view, easy, convenient, and beautiful. A great way to refuel without missing a moment of the scenery.
This is a hidden gem, the best view for lunch. Food and drinks were affordable. Service was great, especially Tegen the bartender. Thankful we found this spot at Sand Harbor State beach, which is gorgeous.
