The place itself is small and cozy, which adds to its charm, but what truly sets Rookies apart is the exceptional staff. Our waiter, EeZee (not sure of the spelling), was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our dining experience delightful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and his warm, welcoming demeanor truly made us feel like valued guests. With plenty of TVs for sports fans, gaming machines for the kids, and pool and air hockey tables for everyone, Rookies offers a perfect blend of dining and entertainment. Despite it not being busy when we visited, the ambiance was still vibrant and enjoyable. If that’s what you’re looking for then this is the spot. But sitting outside with some questionable people milling around (some of the residents next to the place have an outside couch where they were smoking and drinking), having to listen to other rowdy guests, etc., changes the feel of the place.“
