Susie Scoops is a nice spot to bring your family for ice cream, but the experience can depend on who’s serving you. My husband got two large scoops in his cup, while I got a standard one-size scoop on my cone, even though we paid the same for both. He had the limited edition pumpkin flavor, which was very sweet. I went for the coffee almond fudge, and while it was good, it was pretty basic. The cone was just a store-bought one. We paid $13 for a cone and a cup. Overall, it’s a decent ice cream shop, but nothing too special.

Great service and wonderful ice cream. They have more than just ice cream and a wide variety of choices but we just had the ice cream and it was very good.

I'd urge you to please go all the way down to Wholefoods in the South lake and get a pint of Ice cream and cone. The inconvenience is large, but not as large as the disappointment you'll have when you get Mango ice cream that it bright yellow and is flavored of fake bananas, proseed to ask if they gave the wrong flavor and get the answer "Yeah, I've heard that before, I would have thought it would have been fixed." We proceeded to order salted caramel that tasted of neither, simply sugar. You know it's bad when the best part of the ice cream is the cheap cones.
Now, I'd like to say that the workers were very kind and helpful when we went.

We were searching for a shaved ice place, and this was the only one we could find on that side of Tahoe. When the worker was making the shaved ice, the cup seemed small because I could only see a bit of it. Don't be deceived. The shaved ice was MASSIVE! Everything was extremely good, and the ice cream was great also. I would definitely recommend their food. 10/10.

Really mediocre ice cream shop. Really overpriced for what you get (it’s basically store brand ice cream). The hours are never right and seem to change every day. Sometimes they close at 7:30 on a Sunday, sometimes 9:00? The owners don’t seem to understand how to run a business. They also run the toy store next door and they are always understaffed and the employees for the ice cream shop also have to run the toy store so one of the places is always empty with no one working. They are lucky they are the only ice cream shop on Tahoe Boulevard or else they would be out of business!

$6 for 1 scoop of ice cream is the max id be willing to pay for this and I wouldn't repeat but people pay more for a coffee on a weekly or daily basis?. The biscotti delight was indeed delightful. I would recommend it if you have a chance to stop in.

I would recommend just going to the grocery store, and buying your ice cream there. The ice cream was freezer burned and had very little taste. The employee that was working was unpleasant and clearly did not want to be there.

Great Icecream place in Incline Village! The icecream is homemade in Minden, NV and every flavor is absolutely delicious. Staff are friendly and nice. Definitely stop in when you are in Incline.

Came here from Michigan and their hours listed that they close at 8:30pm today. We arrive there a little before 7:30 and they’re yelling at us saying THEY’RE CLOSED!
