Tahoe Provisions is a cafe inside the Hyatt Incline Village and has the best bagels and friendly staff! Would recommend for a quick breakfast.

$70 for a dozen bagels!? you will need to be rich to spend that kind of money on bagels.

During my visit to Lake Tahoe a week ago I stopped by to grab some bagels. They wanted $70 for a dozen bagels! Yeah, didn't order anything and left!

Writing this while still on property, because now I’m annoyed. Arrival, parking a tad confusing in terms of price. A steep $50 for valet. Check-in was relatively smooth, and a welcome drink was offered. I asked about availability for larger rooms, obviously at a price, and was offered a cottage at $1200 more a night, thank goodness I declined. There is an extra $50 for parking and $50 resort, which is ridiculous especially when amenities are low. They gave us a voucher to receive free s’more kits, ( advertised on their website ) and they didn’t have complete kits, no chocolate, etc, so had to buy them. You are advertising this, but clearly have it to purchase. Seriously Hyatt. Dinner, 11 of us in the pub next to the casino. It was ok. Pretty decent, and accommodated relatively quick. All dinning in hotel is expensive. We have stayed once before and even tried Lone Eagle. Casino, it’s on the smaller side, but decently equipped. Bets start at higher numbers, even $2 minimum for video roulette. I asked the casino desk do I need a card for tracking, and they said “ that’s not how it works.” Well after an hour plus of playing, come to find out, it does work that way, and you go to the VIP room. Thanks again, for the misinformation, my loss on credits. As of now, the card stopped reading my plays so I lost even more credits from last night. Really unimpressed. It has been raining since arrival and the hotel has been a joke having any entertainment on-site for kids. They said they have an arcade, come to find out it’s a room with 4 machines ( 1 we had to plug in ) and 3 tables with some board games. No movies with popcorn like other Hyatts, nothing. They opened a second room with what I think is stuff from outside since the large connect four was full of water. The next day they offered a bounce house and it closed at 7. The hotel room is tired and needs a renovation. I read it’s planned for 2024. Our hallway had a potent smell of marijuana everywhere the first night, and partying down the hall, didn’t sleep well. The next day, breakfast wait was 45 min. Major traffic jam. The cafe can’t make a decent a coffee, our entire party agreed the coffee is not good. $6 latte and it tasted milky ( no coffee no vanilla ). The staff is very nice, but someone needs to taste test this stuff. Sunday morning same debacle and worse for the breakfast restaurant. Staff is nice, but clearly this is a challenge. Saturday: The pool, the rain eased up a bit so we took the kids down to entertain them. Not 10 min in, our kids come yelling “ there’s p*** “ in the pool. We notify the staff and the lady is looking at me like I’m crazy. I tell her, there is what obviously looks and feels like p*** in the pool, ( huge hazard ). We pull our kids out, others keep swimming. Finally the guys from engineering arrive, they order everyone else out. Turns out, kids are right, feces in the pool. Pool closed. Ruined that experience. I approach the front desk that evening, to vent a little and say, I expect more from a Hyatt and the stay hasn’t been great to say the least. My response is “ go visit Incline bowl.” That’s great, thank you, I plan to, but what are you offering as a Hyatt, who is charging my nightly rates, resort fees, parking, and I’m gambling on. They did offer paddle boards which I laughed as it’s raining and lake has wind advisory. S’mores, finally got around to roasting the s’mores we paid for, it wasn’t raining, actually a nice time. They closed it at 10pm sharp. Lunch at the hotel restaurant was the absolute worst. Weather has made it so that we do everything on property and it’s ridiculous. Main restaurant open for lunch has no kids menu! Soup is $14 and it was served COLD!!!! Are you kidding. Server had no idea what he was doing it was his first day. We all have stomach aches now, started right after cold soup at $14! I’ve really tried to be patient with this place but it’s run out!!!! The only good thing I can say is, they have no pet floors, which is actually nice for those of us with allergies. I’m truly baffled by what I’ve experienced here.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort! We upgraded to one of the rooms right by the private beach which was so nice and convenient for what we wanted to do. We woke up early each morning to sit out by the water and enjoy the view and sunrise coming from behind the mountains. It's so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. We liked how you can book activities through the hotel such as rent a boat, kayak, paddle board, bike, etc. It's so convenient and makes our stay much more enjoyable. The food was also really good at all of the restaurants and the service was excellent as well. We definitely want to go back next summer!

Absolutely loved our visit. The pool (heated so you could enjoy anytime), beach and grounds were beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. And as globalists we enjoyed a delicious feast for breakfast every morning. One thing that made this hotel stand out (and frankly one of the main reasons we chose it) was the activities that were included. Their programming is great, lots of activities for no additional fee hatched throwing, hikes, archery, yoga, as well as taking a kayak or paddleboard out on the lake.

The resort is in an excellent location and the food and accommodations were very good. It was very easy to get around in the area - the staff was great to provide guidance and best way to get to other venues. Was a memorable visit!

We love the beach here and the service is amazing. This is the best hotel beach in Tahoe. I hope they are able to keep it. They are closing the beach next year for renovations and it was purchased by Larry Ellison's investment vehicle and it's not clear if the hotel guests will have access to the beach in the future. I hope so because that's why we come back. Love to sit on their beach chairs and the bar there is excellent as is the food.
