Absolutely loved our visit. The pool (heated so you could enjoy anytime), beach and grounds were beautiful. The staff was helpful and friendly. And as globalists we enjoyed a delicious feast for breakfast every morning. One thing that made this hotel stand out (and frankly one of the main reasons we chose it) was the activities that were included. We love the beach here and the service is amazing. This is the best hotel beach in Tahoe. I hope they are able to keep it. They are closing the beach next year for renovations and it was purchased by Larry Ellison's investment vehicle and it's not clear if the hotel guests will have access to the beach in the future. I hope so because that's why we come back. Love to sit on their beach chairs and the bar there is excellent as is the food.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort! We upgraded to one of the rooms right by the private beach which was so nice and convenient for what we wanted to do. We woke up early each morning to sit out by the water and enjoy the view and sunrise coming from behind the mountains. It's so peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
