This place is insanity. They even have a real live albino working the door. I fell asleep in a dark corner in the bathroom and woke when they weren’t open. I explored the establishment and found a secret door in the kitchen that seems to lead to some other dimension or timeline….. I’m entering now…. I will report my findings upon my return…. Also, I attempted to make a fried egg and ham sandwich before my exploration, to no avail. I apologize for the mess. Cheers.
If you're reading this review, you already know that Jarbidge is a place you want to visit and yes, the Red Dog is the saloon you want to be drinking at! Obviously, there aren't too many other choices in town but even if there were, this is still the place I would recommend if only because it's just so cool and explodes with the kind of charm you'd hope to find in remote living ghost town in the middle of nowhere Nevada. Of course, it doesn't hurt that...
Bar, restaurant, gas and hotel...everything someone might need.
Jase will welcome you like a long lost friend and can tell you so many interesting facts about the town's history. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
