The staff were nice, quick and efficient. The shop itself is a cute little cafe in the hotel lobby, has a very warm and cozy atmosphere...sadly the coffee was mediocre at best. If you're staying at the Delano and need a coffee fix fast here is fine, but it isn't anything special.

Mocha suffered from not getting mixed (most of chocolate at bottom) probably due to morning crowd making the barista hurry but service was efficient. Espresso flavor wasn't great though not bad for hotel coffee. Easy spot to get the morning started if at the Delano.

This review is for the blueberry crumble muffin only. This coffee shop was a quick few steps from the guest elevators in the Delano. Although I did see longer lines- I did not have to wait long before 9am. The muffin was moist, a good crumble and an average number of blueberries for $3.99.

Located in the Delano's lobby just steps from the elevators, making a trip to grab morning coffee and breakfast bite to eat quick and easy. My visit was over a memorial day weekend. I was pleasantly welcomed by the staff after standing in a long but quick moving line. Atmosphere: I love the setting: dim lighting, lounge seating, TV, neutral modern interior to match the lobby, and a nice room to the side. It's very cozy. However, I had a starving family upstairs in the room so I took it to go. Order: 4 Ham Croissant ($8.99 each) $35.96 2 Ice Cafe Latte $12.58 2 Added Syrup ($0.99) $1.98 1 Blueberry Muffin $3.29 Experience: It was packaged well. The food was hot after waiting for minutes, in the room which worked out great. The breakfast sandwiches hit the spot and were super tasty. I felt like they were very thin and not a lot of filling to them. The blueberry muffin was okay but on the dry side not moist. The coffee- iced lattes were good. Kept us energized for a 2nd day at the pool. Recommendation: This resort /location reflects the prices. It's overpriced for what you get. When in Rome right? It's convenient but please check their hours. There are not many options but this will do and if I had to I'd visit it again while staying at the Delano.

Yesterday I had a disappointing encounter at this place. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, prompting me to leave this review. I saw two people ordering at the counter It was 1:01, I decided to take a look at the food case and menu while waiting for my coworker. However, before I even had the chance to look an employee put a sign in my face, rudely indicating that they were closed. I guess they must close at 1:00? I understand that businesses have closing times for a reason, but there are more courteous ways to handle such situations. I wasn't even planning on placing an order; I simply wanted to look in case I came back the next day. The staff's behavior left a bitter taste in my mouth, and it was certainly an unnecessary display of rudeness. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any establishment, and unfortunately, this particular place fell short in that regard. It's important for businesses to remember that their actions and interactions with potential customers can leave a lasting impression, either positive or negative. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place. There is a better cafe in the close area at Mandalay Bay that provide better customer service and prioritize the satisfaction of their patrons.

Don’t bother. Walk to Starbucks by the convention hall instead. Quiet possibly the worst latte I’ve ever had. Bland, milky and flavorless. At $7/cup this should be a LOT better.

Not professional and very big, too huge. Takes far too long before housekeeping or even front desk picks up the phone!! Gym too small, pool overcrowded, airco blowing into wrong direction. Rooms and bed are ok but location is off-site of actual V-strip and also relatively close to airport.
