Great and quick service. The vibe was very welcoming when walking in. As for the coffee it was very comforting. I wish they had more options for flavors butttt the coffee it's self was great!
Mocha suffered from not getting mixed (most of chocolate at bottom) probably due to morning crowd making the barista hurry but service was efficient. Espresso flavor wasn't great though not bad for hotel coffee. Easy spot to get the morning started if at the Delano.

The staff were nice, quick and efficient. The shop itself is a cute little cafe in the hotel lobby, has a very warm and cozy atmosphere...sadly the coffee was mediocre at best. If you're staying at the Delano and need a coffee fix fast here is fine, but it isn't anything special.
