They said online opens at 11 a.m i get there 11:04. The worker walks pass me and I waited there 1 hour he never came back! The dryers ice cream man was doing a delivery at 12:15 and the worker still wasn't back needless to say I didn't get 702 churros this is was the worst experience I've had ever , OH and there ice cream delivery is still infront of their stand. I took pictures. To be walked passed like I wasn't a value customer and for me to have to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes and still not get serviced. They might have loss me and my family as customers because of this

So sad, we drove far for some churros and for the 1st time in our lives, we didn't even finish what we bought and threw them out. They taste old and frozen. Not to mention bland. 😒

This is for the meadows mall location. 2 girls working on 2/23 at 4pm. Left a hand written sign saying be back in 10 minutes. They were not back in 10 minutes and when they were gave an attitude saying they were on break. 2 people don't need to be taking a break at the same time. I watched so many people come and go. First they said they weren't training, then said they were. And they watched all these people come and go on the camera in the back. Who ever owns this location needs to have a conversation with these 2. Also, sweatpants and crocs are an osha violation

Everything here is very delicious 😍 the straw Bella churro sundae was good as well were the traditional churros

We had a little bit of everything and were so impressed. The Al pastor fries had a different texture but it just made sense lol. We also tried the gansito milkshake and it was absolutely delicious!! Kuddos to the person working on 10/20, he was by himself and getting a little slammed, but still delivered excellent service with a smile!
