Sabor a Mexico, located in the Boulevard Mall Mercado Food Court, offers a delicious and authentic Mexican dining experience. The restaurant is known for its flavorful dishes, including the popular chilaquiles with egg, as well as a variety of other options such as tamales, flautas, and chicken fajitas, all made with fresh ingredients and served with a side of chili sauce and salsa verde.
The menu now also features the Torta/Pambazo, a soft, toasted pillow-like roll filled with (soy) chorizo, potato, lettuce, house-made vegan sour cream, and house-made vegan cheese - a delicious and satisfying option. The Birria, a traditional Mexican stew, is also praised as the best in town by customers.
The restaurant maintains a warm and inviting atmosphere, with ample indoor dining space and friendly service. Even when arriving near closing time, the staff graciously reopened the kitchen to serve the most amazing sopes, which are described as truly authentic Mexican cuisine. The restaurant is now entirely vegan, offering an incredible dining experience for all.
