“It's my favorite place to have affordable Korean fast food. I always get kimchi jigae/kimchi stew, and it's of the best I have. It's not spicy, which is good for me because I can't handle so much heat. I don't remember the place of the food stall, but it's the first store on the left side of the entrance.
I'm always coming back here.“

“I tried the Tonkotsu ramen from Laughing Buddha Ramen. The egg in the ramen was really good, so I’d definitely recommend adding one. The server was really nice and helpful as well. Overall, it was a nice, chill dining experience away from all the noise.“

“The best Peruvian food I had… I felt I was back at home. The customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ La mejor comida Peruana Que e probado, me sentí como si estuviera en Perú. La atención ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“
“We went to the charcoal room to celebrate a recent promotion of my son. The food was excellent as always. We had steaks calamari, chopped salad, broccoli, potatoes, and all the fixings. The level of service was just right. They showed up when you needed something. Otherwise they pretty much left you alone which is exactly why we go there.“

“Have eaten at half of the restaurants here and have never been dissatisfied. Some portions are a little small for the $ but the food quality is excellent!“

“Cosmo’s Hidden Powerhouse Food Hall
Some places in Las Vegas try to impress with scale. Block 16 at The Cosmopolitan does the opposite—it compresses a genuinely high-quality food scene into a tight, chaotic, and oddly brilliant little space.
Located just off the casino floor, it feels more like a curated street food market than a traditional food court. It’s busy, a bit cramped, and at peak times you’ll definitely be navigating queues and scanning for seating. But once you’ve got food in hand, it starts to make sense why people keep coming back.
We ended up here for breakfast twice during our stay, which says a lot in a city full of options. The combination of speed, quality, and variety makes it an easy default when you just want something solid without committing to a full sit-down restaurant.
The standout pairing for us was Eggslut and the neighbouring District-style drinks and seating area. Eggslut lives up to its reputation—properly executed breakfast sandwiches, rich but balanced, and exactly what you want in a Vegas morning recovery meal. Right next to it, District Donuts & Sliders brings a slightly more indulgent angle, with sweet and savoury options that make it easy to over-order if you’re not careful.
One of the unexpected highlights was the tequila lemonade from the District bar area. It’s one of those drinks that feels simple on paper but fits the setting perfectly—bright, refreshing, and dangerously easy to go back for again. Sitting with that in hand, people-watching through the early morning casino flow, is very much a Cosmopolitan-specific experience.
Food-wise, everything comes out quickly despite the volume of orders, and the quality is consistently above what you’d expect from a “food court” setting. It’s closer to a collection of standalone concepts than anything generic or mass-produced.
The main compromise is seating and space. It can feel crowded, especially at peak breakfast or late-night hours, and you may need to hover a bit before finding a spot. But the turnover is fast, and because everything is designed for grab-and-go or casual eating, it never feels like a long wait once you’re actually settled.
What makes Block 16 work is balance. You’ve got heavy hitters like Eggslut, richer indulgent options from District Donuts, savoury quick bites from the other stalls, and then drinks like that tequila lemonade tying it all together into something that feels more like a food district than a court.
It’s not trying to be polished. It’s trying to be convenient, varied, and good enough that you don’t need to leave the building—and it succeeds at that completely.
For a place you can casually drop into between casino time, mornings, or late-night wandering, it’s one of the strongest quick food setups on the Strip. Twice in a week says it all.“

“Great experience! Staff was very friendly and respectful! Iam from California, but when I come back I will definitely be back here. Thank you Sabor A Mexico for the great food!! 🌷🥰“
“Had breakfast and the MGM food court and it was absolutely fantastic! Whoever is cooking in the back, they’re doing an amazing job. The breakfast was really good, the huevos rancheros were legit. It’s a fast paced dining hall, there’s a quick turnaround so you know the food is always fresh. The servers and busboys were truly delightful. Really great food court!“
“I'm rather fascinated by this place, it feels a little like going to the food court at the mall, except the shops are a lot smaller, cuter, and it's packed with all sorts of different foods in one place to choose from. Really good for family because of one person wants burgers the other one can get sushi, the other one can get mexican, you get all sorts of choices in one joint. Fun to visit. Go right across from one shop and get a desert at the other.“

“It's not just about how good you are when you get it right, it is also about how you deal with those occasional curve balls. My family are timeshare owners here and somehow have managed to nearly go a decade without knowing this place existed. What a tragedy.
After a long trip in we where happy to find a flyer for this place and fight it was part of the new ownership. We had a small issue with pricing trying to get our online order to work.
The staff had excellent customer service trying to help us out and the owner himself even called us personally on the same day of the problem, which i was certainly not expecting. He was very reasonable and I was happy to shake his hand the next morning.
If you travel a lot you will know, these prices he has are fantastic for a resort. Whats even better is that usually with fantastic prices comes substandard food quality or tiny portions. So far, that has not been our experience. We are looking forward to frequenting Scotty Beans more often during our stays here.“

“I actually don’t think the buffets are healthy. I like the soda machines here, because u can get flavored sparkling water or vitamin waters instead of soda. Waffle fries at the chicken place don’t have grease on them. I’ve heard lots of people like the cheesesteaks, but they’re plain and let u order veggie toppings. The burritos are high end, and I’ve never seen them have customers. The root beer floats are so good, and the employees are nice here. Also, I noticed Rio was very empty and all the food places were closed before they added the food hall. I think it’s good they finally have a food place that is open regularly. I’ve never heard of the names at the food court, but the names are kind of cute.“
