8 East was a pleasant surprise for excellent dinner eats. I tried to go at peak dinner time (7:30) and they were filled up, so came back hour plus later and there was plenty seating for the Sunday night meal for 1. Ordered the Dan Dan noodles with ground chicken which was really well done. Perfect balance pf heat and Szechuan pepper tingle but not overpowering. Dessert was the Asian tiramisu which was my second choice since they were out of the Thai tea creme brulee. Loves that...
Wow delicious food, excellent service, bar tender gives right away suggestions and alternative for vegetarian dishes, menu is small the way I like it , food is fresh and tasty. Lots of cooks in the kitchen. Quick service. I had ramen with mushroom, bok choy, tofu, egg $20. Husband had fried rice with brisket $22. Very satisfying. Restaurant is on second floor in Circa Casino, in the back, small place, adults only. Make reservations: it’s busy. I’ll be going back for sure.
