Please do not put Raw carrots and celery in the Oxtail Soup. It’s like eating crudite in my soup. This ruined my experience.

Grilled Kalbi and crispy fried pork chops were ono (delicious)! Kalbi meat was tender and the Kalbi seasoning was perfect. The crispy fried pork chops was tender with a crunchy coating. It also came with a ponzu-like dipping sauce which made the pork chops even better. The rice was too hard, kind of like fried rice style. Kim Chee was good.
