Very Disappointed! Not worth paying $80-85 dollars. Better off just going to the Wynn Buffet or Bacchanal Buffet at Ceasers.

Always wanted to try this buffet - specifically Lobster night. Made my reservation for last Thursday and was excited to go with my brother. Even with reservations you still had to wait in line for like 30mins.

Finally got sat down and was ready to have dinner. Whole Lobsters, lobster tails were all dry. The quality of lobsters served were very poor. I would think that for the price it would be a lot better. Shrimp cocktail, fish and top sirloin was much better than the lobsters. Servers/ employees were all great.

Very disappointing. Will not come back.

Haven't been to been to Vegas in 12 years and choose A.Y.C.E BUFFET for my family to eat. I was happy with the food was good and I got super full. I only had one tiny issue and the manager Tovyn addressed it right away. Tovyn was super professional and had a genuine concern for my issue. I totally recommend A.Y.C.E Bufet. Thank you Toyvn.

Just a normal buffet and things are overcooked and under seasoned to help the masses. Just because it was lobster night did not make it any better and everything lobster was just over cooked and serving the masses. It don’t know why I expected more, but if you had one buffet at vegas you have had them all. So find one that is cheaper. The food is all the same.

best place if you love crab legs. the legs were fresh and easy to eat. other food were so-so. steak chewy. but crab legs best. i went there in weekday and saw lots of elderly there eating crab legs. no wrong if you follow senior's choice. ~$40 per head for lunch. waiting time around 45mins

This was long awaited and was decent to say the least. The lobster...was ok. Not fresh and steamed way too long. Crab Legs about the same. Prime rib was good. All the sides didn't add up to complete the tab. For $200 including tip again probably won't return.

I went to the Palms AYCE buffet on their Lobster and Crab night in a group of 6. It was a last minute decision to go so we did wait for a table for two hours. After the two hour wait, we were able to grab a spot at 2 and was called by the restaurant that our table was ready at around 3:30. The experience itself is regrettably one of the worst buffet experience I have ever had, especially for the price point. To start off, none of the seafood was remotely edible. It was not fresh and every bite was extremely salty and/or dry. There was a chewiness and smell to it. I tried to use their butter to help moisten it a little but the saltiness made it even worse. Every protein available was dry. I tried the prime rib, their bbq station, etc. I tried a little of everything and every bite was dry. Even the big eaters in my group could not finish more than one or two plates. The only good bite that I liked was their make your own pasta, which you can add lobster to. It was less dry thanks to all the sauce on it but was still salty. Their only redeeming factor was that their fruit was fresh and their gelato/dole whip really helps cleanse the palate of the salt. However, for around $105 per person after tax and tip, I did not come to eat fruit and gelato. This is definitely not worth it. Their service was ok. There is someone that comes by to take your drink order. Other than that, there isn’t anyone that would come to check on the table. We did have to flag someone down a couple of times to take our plates away or more refills on drinks and water.

I do not understand why they want u to make reservations when you still end up having to stand in line and wait for at least half hour to 45 minutes. It’s ridiculous quite frankly the buffet is not that good. The only thing that’s good is all you can eat lobster and crab legs!!!!

My friend and I are regulars here we come almost every week. When you come in there are two lines, one regular and one for vip platinum members or whatever it is. My friend and I have are not vip but have gone to that side and gotten in before no problem! This time we go up there and lady LILLY couldn't have been any more rude. She said with a real stuck up tone, "I have to ask my manager, I'm doing my job" Right now I have hammer toe which makes it quite painful to stand for long periods of time. I'm not looking for any special treatment but she could've let us in and it would've expedited the line because I'm pretty sure everyone in line wasn't VIP. The manager came out and basically spat in her face saying really rudely, "He's welcome to sit down but the other line is where you need to be" None of that is necessary, I didn't get the managers name but her and LILLY should be fired that is horrible customer service! Now we keep coming back because we love the food and our 3 server friends Julie,Jennifer,Rose, and Marilyn

We arrived at 11:50 local time, only to encounter an extensive wait. We were not admitted until 3:00 PM, and we had young children with us. I sincerely hope they address this issue, as after a lengthy wait, a staff member informed us that there was no guarantee of entry and advised us to be ready for their strict 4:00 PM cut-off. I wished the employee would recognize that we are all individuals had already endured their stated "hour" wait.
The food was excellent though and I hope they can devise a solution to facilitate a more efficient process for accommodating guests.

Kid-friendliness: I do feel $25 for a 5 year old is tough to fathom because my child ate next to nothing.

Robert was very welcoming at the Buffett! Servers very polite and happy to assist. The prime rib was absolutely delicious and crab very tasty. Unlike the dry leather they serve at Belagio and tasteless crab. AYCE far exceeded expectations and highly recommend, a very solid value

Skip. Crab legs were old and crusty looking swimming in murky water. All the food was crusted over. Instead of switching out nasty items they just let it sit there. I would have pictures of it but they only let us eat for 30 mins. You have to wait in a long line for hours instead of a proper reservation system. Why does it say to make a reservation online when you actually can’t? Instead of taking your name and like texting you like a normal restaurant would when your table was ready, someone has to wait in a miserable line.

The check in lady was not very nice and acted like she was doing us a favor. I hate to call someone out directly but I’ve worked in restaurants for 20 years. It’s obvious Palms is trying to show itself as a guest forward place where anyone feels comfortable. That line was a miserable experience.

It’s not like Palace Station oyster bar where the wait is worth it. It’s not. It’s not worth the price. It’s not worth the fact we got free comps by spending a lot of money gambling. If someone offered me a free comps there for brunch without needing to do anything, I’d probably say no.

After waiting for a couple hours we could only get in at 2pm! Right when they close. We had 30 mins to get food and 15 mins to hang out and digest and enjoy said food and then the manager came through the restaurant telling us we had 5 mins and then saying we had to leave. She was super duper nice about it, but it’s not a good feeling nor look. We couldn’t even finish our food and they wouldn’t let us take our drink out. It was a mimosa in a cheap flute. Like what’s the issue? I took out my Bloody Mary from Palace Station when we ate at their diner.

The waitress we had Tina I think. White woman. Was soooo nice and lovely and she worked her butt off with a smile. She’s a keeper! Give her a raise!

The chefs looked miserable though. I get it. Not their dream job. But the vibes were all off. I am shocked Las Vegas Register called this place best buffet and USA Today put them on a best buffet list.

There was no rhyme or reason to the food sections. Not very many options. And most of the options looked horrible. Like seriously 90% of the food, I was like I’m not gonna eat this crap. And I’m not a picky eater. I once ate a day old burger and fries combo left outside by DoorDash by mistake and then got food poisoning. My go to is fancy ramen.

At least drinks are included. Wait staff and front of house staff work hard. Be sure and tip 20%. It’s not their fault. This is an upper management and owner thing.

Tim Ho Wan is excellent at Palms and we ate there the night before when we couldn’t get in for Dinner Buffet we came at 730pm and they said they couldn’t get us in until 845pm and we had 30 mins to eat. Is this like their scam or something? So we went to Tim Ho Wan and everything was right there. Food, staff, decor and vibes. Had a great time and not pricey for vegas. So I had high expectations for the buffet.

Some positives if you’re still reading are the carving meat station was very good. Pre-cooked steaks to med or med/well were surprisingly good. So was the pork loin they carve for you. The carving guy was super nice. Had a nice chimichurri also.

There was no sushi. Hardly any Asian food when 50% of their clientele is Asian. No pasta station. Or breakfast foods that you’d want to try. Like a nice granola or something? Nope. They had deconstructed eggs Benedict in a little single serving cup that looked nasty. Like mixing up a bunch of leftovers and scooping it into a cup. They had a sad piece of soft tofu in a plastic cup with some sweet thai chili sauce. Also looked nasty. Shouldn’t food be visibly pleasing?

The sad part is I have 4 more comps so I’ll be back regardless lol. Definitely don’t go out of your way to come here. Unless you really really want crab legs or lobster. Which I did and I still feel this way. I think if
