The friendly and outgoing staff enhance the dining experience, with attentive and professional servers like Andrya and Michael providing excellent service. Their 22oz Prime Rib and Crab Bisque continue to be standout dishes that shouldn't be missed. The fries fried in duck fat add a healthier and delicious touch to the meal. Although some diners have noted that certain dishes, like the August special pork chop, were unavailable, the overall food quality remains excellent. The ambiance of the room is quiet and modern, making it ideal for celebrations. While the Wedge salad has received mixed reviews, the prime rib is often praised for its perfect cooking temperature. Alder & Birch is truly a memorable fine dining destination in Vegas, with a nightly pre fixe special that is very reasonably priced, and is worth experiencing.
