The food was amazing! Those baos were delish!!! The fried chicken baos was crispy & had the most delicious honey mustard "cole slaw" on it. And that birria with the consommé...chef's kiss! Staff was nice. Restaurant is tiny! 3 tables & maybe 5 "bar" seats.
Stayed at the Venetian, took a ride out to Aloha Mamacita to try the birria bao and the crunch wrap. Well worth the 30 min drive from the strip. Birria was tender, juicy and delicious. The crunch wrap was reminiscent of one of my fav ff chains, delicious!! All in all glad I tried them. The restaurant could use a face lift, and staff could be a little more engaging.

Their food is always fresh, which is a plus! The wait is sometimes long, I wish they had a kiosk so that you could put your order in yourself. I think that would speed the line up! Their birria is super flavorful.
