Absolutely incredible. We went here for prom and the food was absolutely incredible and the waiter was absolutely fantastic. The location is olgorgeous and is now our favorite restaurant!
Sadly this was a poor experience. My daughter ordered the filet medium rare, it was basically raw and we had to send it back. I ordered the lobster linguine. The first bite of lobster was cold, another bite was mush. The lobster wasn't cooked enough either. It took forever for the waiter to come back to the table, at that point I was not sending it back or ordering something else. My husband ordered the tuna which was good, but he wanted soy sauce. Since the waiter basically never came back to the table after the food was dropped, my husband never had a chance to request soy sauce. Overall, very disappointing
Very nice atmosphere near the water. Food was absolutely delicious, we had the short rib. Service was just ok
We had a table outside right by the water, the view was beautiful, there was shade above us so it wasn't hot. The waitress was very sweet with fast service, I would definitely go back again.
I've been here many times and it's always a very good experience and the staff is always so comforting and very professional and the food is always amazing I highly recommend it to everybody I know. Will always be a loyal customer.
All was delightful and I've had many dishes but last night the salmon entree was very salty and so was the scallops my GF ordered. I always give a 5 star for the food but could not this time.
The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant for a very relaxing evening.
This place was more like prison than assisted living facility. I'd avoid this scary joint at all costs
We love this place and usually every thing they serve is amazing. We made reservations for my sons birthday. We get there. They apologize that we will have to wait longer due to a private party event just ending. Not a big deal. When we got our food it wasn't as flavorful as normal. The risotto and rice dishes were very watery tasting and not with their usual beautiful flavors. We ordered the seafood tower and the shrimp were very fishy. The scallops in my dish were overly salty and the risottoit came with tasted like watered down no hint of the blood orange sauce that accompanied it, i was offered a salad instead. The lamb shank had no flavor. The manager didn't seem to care when my hubby addressed the issues. Our server was nice enough to have the scallops removed from our bill. I hope this was an isolated incident because we adore this place.

Absolutely exceptional. We came before a performance at the Smith Center. Great ambience, great service and amazing food. Our server Cheryl was very attentive and made my table side Steak Diane to perfection. Boyfriend had halibut and it was seared perfectly. We also shared the lobster Mac n Cheese and Crème Brûlée both were delicious. We will absolutely be back again when the weather is a little warmer and we can sit outside.

I have been to this restaurant twice. Because I liked so much at the first time, so I highly recommended it to my husband and we went there together at the second time, I was not impressed unfortunately, the service was very slow and basic. The most disappointing part was my husband’s meal was not good at all. The meat was so tough and He couldn’t even finish it. A restaurant like Americana shouldn’t have served a bad quality meat like that. I don’t know if we would go back again.

The food that was ordered had ingredients in it that weren’t specified on the menu. The service was terribly slow and overall just not good food to eat at all.
Great food and service. A somewhat limited menu, but the food we had was very well prepared and delicious. Pricing was moderate to moderate high.

Went there for Thanksgiving Dinner which was priced at $85 per person when they gave us the menu there was a choice of appetizers ,3 entree choices and desert choices however sides were priced separately and ranged from $10 to $22 of which we were led to believe everything was included we all ordered the Turkey dinners when we got our dinners they told us they were out of cranberry sauce which was specified on the menu that cranberry sauce was included needless to say this was a disappointment and should have been told to us when we ordered they were not understanding at all

as a former cook there, I can tell you that the standards are not held to code. constant cross-contamination not to mention the owner is a complete narcissistic bipolar psychopath. you can honestly get better quality food. if you stayed at home and made it yourself. it's bottom of the barrel stuff that they sell at an BS price. they will trim meat that has been left out and oxidized and sell it. just save your money and go to other restaurants in Las Vegas. McDonald's has better quality food than they do
