Only petty, incompetent managers enforce window timers on their staff. Human beings are always going to find a way to beat a system, and staff trying to circumvent window timers - which is always a HORRIBLE metric to judge performance by - is always going to result in terrible experiences for the customer. Learn how to fix your processes if you're having problems. Stop making your incompetence as a manager everyone else's problem.

SCAMMER ALERT :: Came into Blue Diamond location late in the evening.. few days later I find a double charge to my account 2 hours after I left the store. Manager refused to do anything. Don't recommend this location if management is unwilling to reimburse for a bogus charge.. my last trip to Arby's. STAY AWAY.. BAD COMPANY.. POOR MANAGEMENT

If you eat late night after 10pm plan for them to be out of your favorites like those delicious turnovers. In my opinion they should have a couple ready to go at all times or ready to make until midnight when they close. However I will say still the best roast beef sandwich anywhere!!

They completely disregard delivery drivers here. Came through the drive thru he asks me to come inside. Why? There is 0 reason for me to come inside other than to get me out of the drive thru and make me wait longer, all so you can stress less about making the order, i can show you the order on the phone and you can watch me confirm it through the drive thru. Plus I had just picked up an order a day prior through the drive thru showing its inconsistent based on the employee. So i come in i wait 15 minutes for 1 singular chicken sandwich and jalepeno poppers mind you its still not ready. So i unassigned from the order im not doing that incompetent employees. Mind you they served 2-3 cars in drive thru during this time frame. If anything my delivery order should have more priority as the customer has to not only wait for yall to prepare it but has to wait for me to drive it there thats alot of waiting the customer has to do. While the cars in the drive thru can just get their food instantly. Yall priorities are not straight at all making it a terrible experience for delivery drivers and customers ordering arbys on food delivery apps.Terrible service.

My employees and I eat at Arby's at least 2x a week.....we used to frequent this store a lot, but stopped because they don't toast their buns like other stores do.

been here twice and both times have been a fail. I asked for light sauce and this is what i got both times. i bet the person that made this wouldn’t even eat it. last time i got cold hard chicken strips. why are we waiting for anything “fresh” in the front if its going to be cold and hard still

Maan they tried me with some cold and old fries, and they skimped/shorted the portion of cheese on both beef and cheddar sandwiches, to short someone on a portion of cheese is a terrible thing someone could do the fact that they are not mindful or considerate of that while making each sandwich to short someone on one of the best parts just wrong. The manager should make sure is its all served fresh and that all portion sizes of cheese etc are correct, that people do it right!

Excellent service, clean restaurant, Ample parking. Ordered online and specified pick up time. When I arrived the order was ready. Food was excellent as always. Staff very friendly and courteous.

It's Arby's. This one is smaller than others, but you know what you are going to get... Food was standard. I had the French Dip.

We like Arby's and this location didn't disappoint. We stopped for a couple of sandwiches to eat on the run for our drive home. The service was great as were our sandwiches. Two thumbs up Arby's!!

If you send me a coupon because I agree to receive email communication from you in my email that features a discount on a purchase, having your store employees tell me that they cannot honor the coupon when I show up to use it in person is enraging. The fact that they shrugged and offered no help or empathy made it worse. Then, I had to spend 15 minutes setting up your app so I could place my order that I could have easily made across the counter so I could then stand and wait another 5 minutes for my order to be prepared while I was in a hurry. While setting up the app and adding a credit card, I was told that I had to also give you my phone # to complete the setup. I don't appreciate not being given a choice. To top it all off, the food I ordered was cold and tasted terrible. I guess that now that you're done destroying the Buffalo Wild Wings brand, you've turned your attention back to your original brand. You have been my family's favorite fast ood spot for years but I think we're done. Dumping your potato cakes off your regular menu was just the first step in wrecking a brand we used to love.
