Jacky Chan is no longer the best Chinese eatery. I stopped ordering and dining there couple
years ago when their service and quality of food declined. They don't know how to cook
Peking Duck! The skin should always be thin and crispy, and meat tender, not everything fat and dry. Former
ownership was much better than current ownership. I wish they had never sold the business.
