Wow, just wow. Pastries are unlike any coffee shop ever. Great coffee too! Cold Brew with Sweet Cream Foam is what I had. Awesome!

Sahara only had sketchy choices, walked here instead and didn't regret it. Wish we'd stayed at this hotel instead.

The coffee is just okay. The Barista doesn't know the difference between the latte and cappuccino. The temp of milk is just way too hot. It's like going into Dunkin to get your coffee. Its fine to get your piping hot black coffee from Dunkin but if you're going to a specialty coffee shop to get good espresso, you should do better. I'm not kidding when I say the cappuccino was scalding hot, and espresso burnt.

I was shocked by the quality of this cute little café in the Ahern Hotel. The selection of drinks was broad and ranged from the usual espresso offerings, to Vietnamese iced coffee, to really lovely seasonal specials. My visit was at the beginning of the autumn (pumpkin) season, and the pumpkin cold brew was great - not too pumpkin-y or overly sweet. I could tell the cold brew base was great on its own. Similar feelings for the pumpkin latte: balanced but with big pumpkin flavor. I appreciate that they had a variety of dairy options that includes oat milk.
Each staff member that assisted me was polite, kind, and friendly. One of them shared that the cafe's pastry chef arrives at 3AM to make the pastries, and it shows! They were stunning, fresh, and rivaled the taste/textural quality of a great standalone bakery. All of the prices were very reasonable as well.
Would strongly consider staying at the Ahern again knowing this café is connected to it!

The coffee is rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed — you can really tell they take their craft seriously. The pastries are equally impressive, fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. The atmosphere is cozy, making it the perfect spot to relax or get some work done. If you're a coffee lover, you won't be disappointed here!

I am a local in las vegas and love coming to this coffee shop. The service is great. My daughter loves when Angi is working because she says she makes the best drinks and smoothies. I just took my daughter and her best friend to get smoothies. Overall a great cafe, so much so we go here instead of the three SB that are around our neighborhood. Keep up the great atmosphere and customer service.
