Very poor service and rude staff

This place is spectacular. Service was friendly and attentive and food was timed well. The green papaya salad was the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly balanced acidity and spice with a nice bite to the texture. The PhaThai noodles were chewy and delicious. The fried tofu on the noodles was crispy and delicious. I highly recommend this spot. Also had a Thai tea because how can you not?

Aroy thai is one of my favorite thai restaurants in vegas and is of the strip. Food is delicious and the portion is pretty big for the price. The service is great because it was just us there and the lady is thai. The Ambiance of the place make me feel calm and chill, very peaceful

I've been coming here since 2018. I love this resturant.
Today is 09/21/2024 & it's 8:31pm Saturday night. I live 30 mins away and I still manage to drive over here and bring family and friend to this resturant. Tonight, I got my usual. Spicy Basil Fried rice egg rolls vegan thai tea. There is someone new working. Slim woman, black top high ponytail. She was not welcoming from the moment I walked in.
She said all sections were closed and that I could not dine in. I drove here alone, there is no one in the resturant. So now, I have to eat in my car. it's now only 8:36pm The resturant is closing at 9:30pm That was not nice nor welcoming.

Came here for lunch with a friend a month ago and forgot to review.

Our server was very friendly and accommodating.

We ordered lunch specials:
1.) Vegetable Panang Curry $10.49 my friend said she rarely finds this type of curry on menus and said it was tasty.
2.) Shrimp Yellow Curry $11.49 the curry was not too thin or thick just right and had a well balanced flavor.
3.) Thai Iced Coffee $2.99
4.) Thai Iced Tea $2.99

Don’t order take away, they will put your curry in a flat container and it all spills out. Half the curry spilled out before I could even eat it.

Oh my god, this is the best Thai place in town, the flavor in each dish is just amazing, also their is a Waitress named Nancy, she has AMAZING customer service, she works everyday except Mondays, very good Thai place in town, 5/5 stars, definitely recommend, if you like good food and good customer service, definitely come to this place. ? ?

I wish I had taken a picture. The service was excellent. The Panama Curry with added sticky rice was amazing. You can tell the authenticity by the fresh herbs and spices they put into the broth. They also were not stingy on the shrimp either.
