I've been going here for about 6 months since I moved back to Las Vegas food is good. I usually get the chicken curry or the chicken fried rice tonight I ordered the chicken fried rice I get home they skimped on the rice and the chicken. I don't even care that much about a lot of chicken but rice come on it's not that expensive to put a couple tablespoons more of rice anyways.. I called the girl was apologetic but that doesn't put the money back in my pocket. I'm a little person barely weigh a hundred pounds ate the whole thing yes it was satisfying but usually I could eat and then 3 hours later I could eat a little bit more it was just enough to just keep me satisfied sorry but for $17 not worth it literally could count the little pieces of chicken.. again I don't need a lot of chicken but the difference is huge as soon as I opened it I'm like wow, no offer to return my money no offer to make it again nothing except she's going to tell her boss well she can tell her boss I won't be coming back and I will tell anybody I know not to go there that's how upset I am

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. As a Black customer and delivery driver, I was completely ignored when I walked in no greeting, no acknowledgment, and the host never even asked which order I was there to pick up. She left, came back with other customers’ food, and still didn’t address me. It felt discriminatory and unwelcoming. Black UberEats and DoorDash drivers should be aware and cautious when visiting this location.

Absolutely delicious food with exceptional service!

We always order from this restaurant through UberEats, but we decided to dine-in to try out their lunch specials. As you walk-in, this bistro offers a mix of modern and traditional Thai flair. We were greeted immediately by our server, who let us choose what table we wanted to sit at. Since we’ve been eating here for a while, we knew exactly what we were going to order.

We got our favorite dishes which are the Spicy Basil and Pad Thai with a Spice level of 3. The lunch special came with their soup of the day which was a savory, chicken flavored broth that had cabbage, carrots and onion. Our meal also included an egg-roll and side salad which for the price is a really nice addition. Both of our dishes were cooked to perfection, seasoned properly and the added condiments gave our meals that extra bit of tang and spice that we love.

Our server was so kind and friendly which made our experience even better. It was a bit busy, but she made sure to consistently refill our drinks. She kept checking to make sure everyone’s food came out in a timely manner. And she cleared all of our empty dishes making sure that our table was nice and tidy. We’ll always show our love and support for this local eatery. It’s by far one of our favorite Thai spots in town.

If you’re craving delicious Thai food in Las Vegas without breaking the bank, Aroy Thai is a gem you don’t want to miss. The food is consistently tasty, and the prices are very reasonable. The service is amazing, and the restaurant is impeccably clean and well kept.
I ordered the beef jerky and spicy basil, both of which were delicious. The beef jerky had great flavor and a satisfying texture, while the spicy basil delivered a nice kick without being overwhelming.

Our favorite Thai place went out of business, so we're hunting for a new one. We'll be coming back to try other things.
The flavors were very good and the service was wonderful. Chicken panang had no veggies, but that could be on me. Pad Thai was very good, not too saucy like some places.
Spice level was 1-5. Very nice kick. They had the extra spices if needed. Thai tea was perfect, not burnt like many places.

Walked into a completely empty restaurant except for two young children huddled at their iPads at one of the tables. Asked the woman taking the orders if they had a thai peanut salad and she said no, but agreed I could have a regular thai salad with peanut sauce. After I ordered the Thai Salad I was a little confused why she was asking for over $12 when the posted menu price was 7.99. I gave the money and waited patiently for the receipt which she didn't offer. When I asked for it, I saw the reason for the price increase was an added $2.50 charge for peanut sauce. I simply asked the woman why she didn't let me know there would be an extra charge for the sauce, and she immediately asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I mean, it was about 40 minutes to closing and since the space was completely void of customers and I observed her sweeping as I parked I figured she must have been eager to leave, but she continued to explain about the added cost and how other places charge like an extra dollar, while I waited for her to complete her offer to refund she kept asking ME what I wanted to do. The whole experience felt extremely passive aggressive and I certainly didn't want to make workers unhappy about preparing my food when they really just wanted to go home - unless there were other reason for her mild aggression and hostility towards me. Horrible experience for a simple salad order :(

I honestly dont want to give any stars this place is completely horrible due to the non-professionalism of the cashier that works the front I called in my order for pineapple fried rice she said okay she took it did not give me the total did not ask for my name immediately hung up in my face when I called back and said hey you didn't even ask me my name she says I have your name on the caller ID I said ma'am that's the person who pays the bill that's not my name she was very condescending then I asked for the total and she told me and then was like is there anything else I said no and then she hung up again immediately once I got there I saw it wasn't even busy for her to be rushing off the phone the way she did there was nobody in there but four people I asked her what her name was she refused to tell me when an attitude and told me she doesn't have to tell me her name then she went on to explain how everything is linked and she knew who was calling because I've called before which wasn't a problem that she wanted to do that it was the way she did it that was the problem the etiquette and the customer service was just completely horrible she told me my food would be ready in 10 minutes but it had been almost 15 minutes since I called my food should have already been ready I told her to cancel the order and I wanted a refund she refused to give me my money back and told me the cook was already making it and that I needed to work on my attitude my mother came in and made sure I got my money back after arguing with the lady and threatening her with calling the police I will not recommend anyone go here you are a business customer service is number one I've worked in customer service for over 10 years if that's not something that you are good at providing it's not naturally in you to be personable in communicate with intelligence and politeness then you don't need to be in customer service very simple this happened Saturday July 12th 2025.

Surprisingly authentic spice levels. The taste was modified because my friend is vegan so we separated the fish sauce out for me but it wss very good. We went in out of convenience but I will return in the future. Got vegan drunken noodles and vegan papaya salad and red shrimp curry. All every delicious.

Pretty bomb and very accommodating for add ons recipe wise to make like other areas regionally from Thailand. Fyi I noticed to only go when a little Thai gal cooks whom they call mama. Don't go if she's not there otherwise it'll vary and not well. Mama is a gem of a chef and hopefully this establishment takes care of her. Just by seeing how much she works with quality delivered. I've come across many asian places that abuse staff of general compensation or overtime. So hopefully owners aren't opportunistic in this respect.
