Our group had a horrible experience. We bought out the hotel & they agreed to our terms. The highlights were the front desk staff, very friendly & helpful. The hotel was recently renovated & sub par. NO PHONES IN ROOMS! The manager acted like she wasn't aware of this, if we had a true emergency the police & ambulance would've had a difficult time finding us, also if you needed ANYTHING you had to ride the 1 old red lighted slow HOT smelly elevator. The only place to get ice is from the front desk, there are no coffee makers in rooms, watery coffee & cold water are in the lobby in containers. the only microwave is behind the front desk. No shelf in the shower, so you have to put your soap/razor on the floor. Some of the rooms were freezing, most were hot, our ac barely worked. Towels were stained & dingy. No iron, or hair dryer was provided either. Upon arrival they obviously freaked out & immediately called in extra security. I think the fact that we were a group of all black professionals scared them. They treated us like criminals. We were not permitted to walk around the hotel with as much as a plastic cup of water or any other yeti style cup. We had an open bar daily during certain hours & were harassed about beverages the other times. Bartenders were also great & would've been tipped alot more had the Lexi not treated us like inmates. Overall the hotel was dirty, housekeeping didn't even make it to my room til the last day of my 3 day stay. After reading other reviews I think they were hoping to make our stay so intolerable that we would voluntarily leave or they could kick us out & keep our money. These people are unscrupulous scammers. Oh and we were only able to smoke Marijuana on the 4th floor or outside the hotel, not poolside. An Uber driver told us that the hotel did not obtain the proper credentials to allow this. Security lurked & stared & made us very uncomfortable. Please avoid this property.
We found this hotel while searching for an inexpensive hotel to extend our Vegas stay one more night. Glad we did. It was a fair price and the hotel is super cute. It is also 21+ which we appreciate. The valet service was included making parking a breeze. The pool could use a cleaning but it wasn’t bad. It is also one of the only pools in Vegas that has trees that provide shade while lounging, that probably explains why it has some debris in it. The pool is toptional so the added shade and seclusion is necessary. The room was about the same in size as any hotel but with great art. The elevator is pretty janky! It is an old building so the elevator is rickety and a little nerve wracking each time you have to use it! The hotel is a great option for its price and location. We would go back.
Where do I begin? Pros: The lady at the front desk was nice an let me check in early. I was tired that day, so I really appreciated it. This will be the only positive thing about the review. Cons: We rented the entire hotel for what we were expecting to be an LS friendly weekend. We were told the nudity would be allowed and that the hotel was 420 friendly, so people who wanted to smoke cannabis by the pool would be able to. Upon arrival, we found out that not only had management decided to not allow the nudity or the smoking by the pool, but that they also tacked on a ton of other restrictive rules. They also hired extra security guards (and even threatened their jobs) to ensure enforcement of said rules. The room that we had set up for certain experiences was heavily monitored, and the activities restricted to only impact play. Security would literally walk into the room, stand and stare, and then leave. And this happened EVERY FEW MINUTES and was extremely unnerving The rooms looked cheap. The AC barely cooled the room. There was no phone. Some rooms did not have remote controls. The TV's had zero cable. There was no shelf/rack for soap/body wash in the shower. There was also no counter space in the bathroom. In fact, I would say that the rooms had a sort of hostel vibe to them. There was no ice machine on any floors. The only way to get ise was to ask the front desk. The security would not let us use our own cups for water, despite providing free water for us to drink. We also were not allowed to have our own liquor by the pool during our pool parties OR bring our drinks from the pool bar to the dining room bar despite the drinks having been made by the bar staff. In fact, they didn't want us walking around with drinks that we didn't buy from the bar at all (even after the bar closed for the evening). It was very weird. There is much more that I could say, but this review is long enough. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
This place was the absolute worst. They promised our group a free and fun environment. They did this to tempt our awesome travel group (shout out to the awesome WBT and Kitty) to stay at their facility. But they LIED. The hotel renovations obviously aren’t complete. The elevator looked to be from a horror movie. They had lackadaisical staff and rude security people. Silly rules about not smoking OUTSIDE in the pool area and were puritanical with brand new rules governing our behavior AT A CLOSED EVENT. Look at these other reviews. These people aren’t reliable. Do not patronize!
There is one word to describe my experience at the Lexi, and that is awful. My partner and I arrived at the newly renovated hotel on July 7th. We were traveling with a group of friends that had planned an event in which they rented out the entire hotel. The organizer put out an entire itinerary with agreements they made with the hotel regarding accommodations and the planned events. The hotel staff and management reneged on ALL of the contracted agreements. The hotel looked unfinished, several of the air conditioners did not work, and the staff was nothing short of egregiously RUDE! Everyday we spent at the hotel, hotel security came up with new restrictions of what was not allowed. This was even after the group organizer brought the written signed contract with all of the agreements outlined. They did NOT honor the contract and the stay was a bait and switch. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. Highly disappointed in the service, the accommodations, and the lack of professionalism from everyone INCLUDING the owner. Never again!
I paid $25, 000 for a buyout weekend. They cancelled my event and kept my $25, 000. Do not do business with this hotel!! They wanted the bar guarantee paid off but cancelled me 45 days before my event while my guests were still paying off their registrations causing me to lose over 40k. Now I have attorney fees. I’m not letting this go!!
We had booked our 50th golden wedding anniversary there, 1 week before was cancelled as bar & restaurant area not ready. No apologies, couldn’t care less attitude from the manager and the Ceo. Don’t deserve to be in business with their attitude !!
Absolute criminals. Hidden fees, rude staff and construction starting at 6:30a that shook the artwork off my walls in my room. There was literally no way to sleep even with earplugs in. Mold evident everywhere. The place needs demolished. Mgmt refused a discount or cancellation of my future nights. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Superb nice one this place my dream places
There was literal blue mold in the room that looked like someone had thrown up. More mold in the bathroom. So loud and next to the freeway so no sleep and they only gave us sheets no blanket. We left a day early because the mold was making me sick. There were also loose screws and trash all over the pool deck.

Valet parking ONLY. Met with severe confrontation over cost per day. This fee was not disclosed prior to arrival at all. Requested a bell cart to unload baggage and had quite the struggle to get it to the room . When returning, had a conversation with desk about booking, room, fees and options. The one who seems to be in charge, shares that we booked thru a 3rd party "hopper is terrible" and cannot be responsible for our troubles. Resort Fees cover - Pool access - Fitness center access - Internet access - In-room safe - Valet parking according to our confirmation. The staff argues. Apparently the fact that its available. Stating: The above list may not be comprehensive. Fees and deposits may not include tax and are subject to change. After getting our keys, double beds are in the room but the front desk argues they are queens. There are only 3 outlets in the room and the plugs fall out of each of them. The lamp between beds has no outlet available, so why the lamp? The phone jack seems to be smashed but operable and further investigation found that the area requires cleaning as It had never been. We have decided to wear shoes when we're inside our room because the carpet is crunching and floor lumpy. The center piece shelf in the room has not been cleaned and has left over stick running down underneath and along the wall. Keys required reprogramming every 24 hrs. No food available in hotel so we door dashed. The pool is a wonderful experience despite all else. I enjoyed the decor and overall theme of this hotel. With all the traffic noise, hidden fees and nondisclosures even the low price of this hotel does not make it worth it.
I am very upset with the Vallet company At the hotel as they were caught on camera trying to get into my tesla , for a joy ride , as I was asleep I even have video of this as teslas tape anyone who comes near the car The Vallet company denies any and all of this It’s absurd I would recommend staying away from a stay here at this hotel and definitely don’t Vallet and give them your key if you have a nice car
This hotel looks cute online, but it is dark and Gothic in person. The rooms are small, old and dirty. They are definitely in need of some TLC. The stairway is filthy, covered in stains and cigarette butts. I was advised to call for an escort before venturing down at night. There was no restaurant available during my stay. I was told to call Uber Eats if I got hungry. This place was waaay below acceptible standards. I checked out after an hour. Very disappointing ?
Awesome aesthetics and love the age limit for adults only (no screaming kids, good hotel bar and events)
Great service great food great entertainment! Just a wonderful place I give it a 10 definitely in the place to be! Skippy Sprinkles
