I was there today and ordered a pretzel dog. When I removed it the hot dog stayed in the bag, and the dough broke in half. However, my real issue is the dough was quite burnt on the bottom. Immediately while still there I went back in very nicely and with a smile asked if they could replace it. One of the ladies there overheard my conversation and came down with a not so pleasant attitude informed me that it wasn't burnt this is how they are made. I said this is burnt. She went got a flyer wanting to show me the different pictures of how they look. I said I just want one that is not so burnt and the other young lady that waited on me at first, with no attitude when I made the purchase said "she's probably gone say this one is burnt too". I said ok I'll pay the difference for the ones in the cup as they were NOT so burnt.The other lady with attitude, said just give it to her for free. The guy that was there making more pretzels offered to make me another one. I said I didn't really have time but thanks to him,Really need to check the unnecessary attitude. If this is not your type of job and you don't like offering courteous customer service, then think of another line of work and let someone who knows how to treat customers work, Look at all the other bad reviews tells you something is not working. I had placed the pretzel on the counter on the bag. Her final words was you can just throw it in the trash on your way out. Really bad attitude

Both Auntie Anne's in Meadows Mall are scams. they only have the most expensive specialty pretzels available for sale. If you ask them for a plain pretzel, they tell you it will be a long wait past 10 minutes. Thats a pretty messed up way to get a few extra bucks out of customers.

The firl dropped 2 of my pretzel nuggets, and jist threw them on the trash without offering or trying to replace it. I've been here before and this customer service is not what I expected. I was very disappointed.

Avoid the cinnamon sugar nuggets. They must just sprinkle the sugar on top of the cup since after you eat the top layer of nuggets, the rest have almost no sugar. Any sugar on them probably just fell from the top. There's no sugar in the bottom of the cup in case you were wondering. I complained and they reluctantly exchanged the partial cup for a new full 1. Same result. I love Auntie Anne's but just not this location. I'm reviewing the lower level store combined with Cinnabon. There is another upper level Auntie Anne's in the mall that I haven't tried yet (and not yet brave enough). YMMV

Im normally not the type of person to talk about bad service but today left me no choice. I simply asked for a strawberry lemonade and the lady was immediately rude to begin with. She just said WHAT DO YOU WANT, I asked for a lemonade and she filled the cup to the rim with ice -.- I saw her add the lemonade and I swear it was at least 2 sips worth, I asked her if she can add less ice, she rolled her eyes and threw away the whole cup to start over again. Then the customers behind us asked for a pretzel and she slammed the doors so hard I literally wanted to tell her something but I was so heated that I wanted to avoid unnecessary confrontation. Mam if you hate your job so much then do all your customers a favor and clock out. You literally give auntie Anne’s a terrible reputation with your nasty attitude. This happened today 5/9 at Meadows mall around 4pm

Auntie Annie's is by far my favorite Pretzel place! I'd say my favorite is the Cinnamon Pretzel Nuggets!We need more locations outside of a Mall, Casino and an Airport!

I just left from here 10 min ago. I was told 6-8 min for a pretzel. But before paying the cashier told me it was actually be 10 min because they were shortstaffed. I was fine with that. I actually ended up waiting 20min. But to get a burnt pretzel like this after waiting so long is horrible. It tastes really bad. Hardly any flavored seasoning on it, smelled and tasted very burnt, and so small! A waste of $5 and 20 minutes.
First off, when I went to order this young lady had money in her hand she instead of placing it in the register or a tip jar she placed it in her pocket from the previous person in front of me. Then I ordered mini pretzel dog and they were burnt rock solid hard and black and she still had the audacity to serve it to me like. You can see it’s burnt and had no hotdogs in them? Lastly you’re grabbing the pretzel with the same gloves you’re handling money. I think the health department should be notified of this. Expect a visit soon. You’re employees need to be trained properly and management should get off there phone to say something to them instead of just standing there doing nothing never mind she was busy texting.

Employees are very unprofessional, the quality of food they served me was unacceptable. All of the mini pretzel dogs I ordered were burned and bitter and oddly were not hot per usual order . I will no longer be returning to this establishment

Dont bother coming here they will not EVER make or serve actual pretzels only the "bites". I will never het auntie anns again go to Wetzel Pretzels way better and the always have pretzels

Totally disappointing. Asked for an original pretzel, with salt. What we got was not warm, nor fresh. It was almost room temperature, hard, dry...no taste of butter, and no salt. I've had Tootsie Rolls that were softer. Totally tasteless. Save your craving for another day and another store. This place was the worst. We normally like them because they are consistent. This one was so bad they should lose their franchise affiliation as the are a black mark on the brand.
