The firl dropped 2 of my pretzel nuggets, and jist threw them on the trash without offering or trying to replace it. I've been here before and this customer service is not what I expected. I was very disappointed.
Avoid the cinnamon sugar nuggets. They must just sprinkle the sugar on top of the cup since after you eat the top layer of nuggets, the rest have almost no sugar. Any sugar on them probably just fell from the top. There's no sugar in the bottom of the cup in case you were wondering. I complained and they reluctantly exchanged the partial cup for a new full 1. Same result. I love Auntie Anne's but just not this location. I'm reviewing the lower level store combined with Cinnabon....read full review

Both Auntie Anne's in Meadows Mall are scams. they only have the most expensive specialty pretzels available for sale. If you ask them for a plain pretzel, they tell you it will be a long wait past 10 minutes. Thats a pretty messed up way to get a few extra bucks out of customers.
