The only reason I go to the Meadows Mall is because of Cinnabon. My favorite item is the Classic Roll. Today was a good experience, the young man and young lady provided good honest service. The ambiance in the Meadows Mall is not what it used to be back in the day, but this restaurant still provides the experience worth visiting.
Great customer Service! Food was fresh and tasty the employees were very nice and helpful.
Stopped by with my little nephews the other day and Charlie was so helpful! Cinnabon is always delicious, but the experience made it even better.

Cinnabon is a popular spot, but customers should be aware of potential inconsistencies. Some recent visitors found that the original 4 pack looked mass produced and tasted less fresh than expected. On one occasion, a customer received a very dry pecan roll, but the manager Kevric went above and beyond to remedy the situation, showing great customer service. Located inside the mall, this Cinnabon is convenient but often has long lines and only one staff member working. Despite these issues, the treats are still a hit, especially with pregnant sisters! Employee Serenity has also received praise for being amazing and efficient, helping customers with a smile.
