They really need to retrain their graveyard crew. Im a ice coffee person and If ubered they will just not make your coffee as shown on the picture even though there’s instructions in a booklet to make the coffee (i used to work for the clown). No cream no sugar they pretty much make it a do it yourself and the coffee is very bitter. Secondly if you order thru the mobile app they will just guve your order away to anyone who doesn’t have a code
Went through drive thru and order received was not what ordered. I went inside to resolve the problem. They were nice but overwhelmed I can tell. When I got back, my order was still wrong but because they were extremely busy Inside, I just took what I got.
I got 2 McFlurrys and a plain burger, it took roughly ten minutes and both of my McFlurrys were just ice cream with Oreos on top UNMIXKED also it’s really hot out

McDonald's offers good service with friendly staff, especially during busy times when they manage to keep things moving despite the chaos. The staff is generally polite and accurate at the window, and customers often find the food hot and fresh. The restaurant has a playplace where children can enjoy the jungle gym, making it kid-friendly. It is wheelchair accessible, providing ease for all customers. However, it can be hard to get staff’s attention at times due to the high volume of mobile and curbside orders, which sometimes leads to longer waits. The restaurant is very clean, but some meals may have inconsistent seasoning, and there could be more sugar-free options for customers with dietary restrictions. Parking can be challenging, especially in handicapped spaces. Additionally, the self-service machines sometimes run out of paper, causing confusion about order numbers. The staff, including the cashier, work hard and do their best to serve customers well.
