I would give this a zero star if I could but unfortunately I can’t. I also can’t even rate the food part because I didn’t get anything. I went there yesterday to get a drink because I love their drinks but you know what I don’t love, being told by an employee that they don’t want to make a drink so they tell another employee to make it and that employee also said they didn’t want to make it. So after them going back and forth saying they don’t want to make it and then they say do we even have the mix and the one at the counter turns around opens the fridge and closes it and says yup we don’t have it. So now you just wasted mine and your time, I’m sorry but i didn’t realize that you get to decide whether or not you want to do your job at your job. The service is horrible every time I go to medows mall in Las Vegas Nevada

Horrible experience…was there Saturday afternoon and the employees were so rude, I agree with the other review about the mini bons they were hard and nasty, I couldn’t let my toddler eat them I had to throw them away. Never buying there again.

I put in an order for next day delivery and they charged me, cancelled my order 10 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered, kept my money and never picked up the phone or responded.

Disgusting ? I ordered a strawberry and cream chillata that was ALL cream and I got mini bons that were like 5 days old the way it crumbled apart like a cookie. Immediately spit it out.The employees were definitely miserable to be there. Almost got the whole order free too because they gave us the food and we told them we still need to pay

I love Cinnabon but I went there on Wednesday December 13th, 2023 and got a 6-pack and one of my rolls was undercooked and doughy and the other had a screw in it. I know mistakes happen but just be more careful next time.

What's the catering menu for if you can't even pre-order and have it ready? I ordered basic cinnamon rolls to be picked up at noon today. We arrived at 1 and they were out of the rolls we ordered so offered us something different. We ordered and paid two days prior so there is no excuse for this. Next time I'll just order online because retail isn't where it's at anymore.

I've never had burnt cinnamon rolls until today. Bought a 6 pack and they must've all come from the same batch because every one them was burnt. I should've paid better attention when they put the box in the bag. They are inedible and pretty gross.

Burnt ass hard cinnamon rolls. This location sucks :/. The employees did not seem to care. And then want a tip after serving hard cinnamon rolls. No offering a new un-burnt cinnamon rolls. Hard crusty rolls, stay away.

When your very pregnant sister craves Cinnabons you get her whatever she wants. Located inside the mall this location is near the entrance which is great. Unfortunately there's always a long line and only one person working so I waited about 20 mins the other day. Employees aren't the friendliest but I can't blame them since they're alone and always busy. My sister loves these but in my opinion they probably sit out for too long and don't always taste as fresh as they look.

So today I want to use my coupon for T-Mobile Tuesday and they told me I can't do it. There's barely any of the stores around and it said this is a participating store. I don't know why they didn't do it. The lady probably just didn't wanna do it she seem like she was in a bad mood. there's barely any of the stores, and it seems like the employees are driving them down I would not come back here ever again.
