I was shopping at the fashion mall and picked up a cinnamon pretzel for my husband. No one was waiting when I walked up to order. The cashier was able to hand me the pretzel, and I paid for it. They have a small eating area that you can sit in and eat your pretzel/drink orders if you wish to also.
My husband said the pretzel tasted great and loves their other food product selections.

If you’ve never had a fresh pretzel before this is where you should go!!! Love that every 30 minutes they are pulling fresh dough and making them fresh!!! THIS IS THE BEST PRETZEL IN AMERICA. Keep it simple and just order a regular pretzel which naturally has butter and salt… Delish…My go to mall snack

I ate from Aunties recently but forgot to give my opinion/review.

I think the staff is great and doing a heck-of-a-job on the Pretzels. I can not speak for all locations, but this one here is a story of its own. I was so glad we chose this store, much so that we attempted to provide a tip(s) to the workers,.. but to our surprise, we could not because ACCORDING to the WORKERS Management has interviened with doing so.

Why is that Auntie Anne's???
