BabyStacks Cafe - Blue Diamond

I see what all the fuss is now about Babystacks! The place is comfy, and has great service and food. The Orange Creamsicle short stack of pancakes did not disappoint! It tasted so good, and the orange glaze was so so delicious! The eggs, bacon and seasoned potatoes were also good. Liked the crispness and seasoning on the potatoes.

We had to send back two of our dishes for being undercooked. They were very busy and apparently the kitchen was in a rush, not taking their time to properly cook the food.
One meal had partially runny clear eggs, the other had liquid batter in the center of the pancakes. The waitress was accommodating by re-cooking one meal and took the other off the bill.

Matt and Sunny are wonderful. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was energetic and a good time was had my entire group of Village ChurchLV Ladies Bible Study Group.

Our waitress was magnificent! Her personality was adorable, her name is Soni (great name!) knew the menu by heart, checked in on us the perfect number of times. Not too much, not too little. Each staff member seemed to not only enjoy each other's company but the customers as well. Highly recommend. The lemon ricotta pancakes are the bomb! And there's the red velvet. And.... GO! YAY Soni for making it and enjoyable, repeatable experience for us.

I had a great experience at Baby Stacks. The food was exceptional as was our server, Soni. She was very attentive and efficient even though the place was packed. A very enjoyable meal all around. Keep up the good work.

Best breakfast place ever! Found this place by look on Yelp and searching breakfast places near me (when I was on vacation)that had great reviews. This is something I do. Now, I have to eat here every time. If you like pancakes GO HERE! You will be happy you did. Yes, you will need to wait to be seated, but it is worth it. SO YUMMY.

Best breakfast place. Period. Will return next time we visit Vegas. Bananas Foster pancakes and adobo fried rice omelette for the win. Very reasonable prices for all the flavor and large portions.
