Fuego Mexican Kitchen is a favorite spot for delicious Mexican food, a nice change from the usual options. The chicken chimichanga with rice and refried beans was tasty, as was the chorizo breakfast burrito. The atmosphere is beautiful, service is great, and the staff is friendly. The portions are generous, enough for two meals. While chips weren't automatically served, the food arrived promptly. Looking forward to trying their mango jalapeño margarita, rolled tacos, and homemade tres leches cake.
