Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas Reviews
NOBU Caesars Palace our server Joe wrote in gratuity to my room charge when I always tip cash .I was in Las Vegas for my birthday through the weekend until yesterday .I had a lot of food and bev credits so I charge everything to my room for any Caesar’s Property .I also do not add gratuity to room charges and tip in cash to keep my folio clean for my room. I dined with my best friend Sunday at 5pm our bill was $465

Nobu Restaurant Las Vegas offers an exceptional dining experience with outstanding Japanese cuisine. The food is often described as exceptional, with every dish being a hit. The service is equally impressive, with well-trained and friendly staff offering great recommendations. The atmosphere is sophisticated and welcoming, though some note the decor and tableware feel cheap. Dishes like the tempura are cooked very well, while sushi and sashimi are good for international level. The famous Nobu dishes, such as the vanilla Mitsu dessert cake, are always a hit and provide a perfect sweet finish to a wonderful meal.
Guests often find the food to be phenomenal and the service top quality and friendly. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes, with many enjoying the shishito peppers, which are so good that they are ordered multiple times. The restaurant also provides excellent recommendations for mains, like the Teppanyaki Omakase, which many guests highly recommend. Reservations are a must to secure a table, especially for special experiences. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable, making it easier to select dishes that suit personal tastes and dietary needs. The food portions may be small, but the timing of plates and variety make guests feel full and satisfied, often surprised by how much they enjoy their experience despite the cost. While some mention that the waiter can be a bit intrusive, overall, the environment remains lively yet sophisticated, making Nobu a top choice for Japanese cuisine in Las Vegas.
