Exceptional experience. Perfect sized portions and tastes. We shared the branzino fish with lemons and capers, and were very impressed. The service was amazing, the salads and pastas were also perfect. Great experience.
The restaurant is located inside The Caesars Hotel and Casino. The food is amazing, I ordered the frito misto and was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was perfect, and tasty calamari and shrimp were really good. The pasta was cook to perfection, and the flavor was amazing, The Strip Steak was grilled perfectly, and the bean risotto was very tasty. Overall a great dinner evening that I hope to repeat next time in Vegas, I recommend it and will not disappoint.

In a word, fabulous! The food, service and ambiance were amazing. A true dining experience of around 2 hours. Perfectly paced, courses were never rushed. Our server suggested the San Salvatore Jungano Aglianico Preston 2021 which paired perfectly with our food selections. We started with the smashed baby artichokes and foccicia bread.
